Anchors resin bonds have much more resiliency compared to a standard off the shelf vitrified bond. This added flexibility results in a better surface finish even when roughing, which could eliminate a finish grinding pass. Anchor resin bonds grind with much less chatter compared to vitrified bonds. This is especially important when grinding long bars or tubes. Anchor centerless wheels can be found thru-feed and plunge grinding parts in a wide variety of sizes and materials. Many customers have found that difficult to grind materials such as hardened steel, stainless or titanium are much easier to grind with Anchor resin wheels.

Anchor epoxy bonded discs are formulated to be much more resilient than our resin bonds. This makes them the ideal choice when grinding hardened materials such as bearing races or tool steels.
