Androns clamp fittings create a quick clamp union for instant assembly or disassembly of secure, leak proof connections. With a gasket in place between the two ferrule ends, a clamp is secured around this joint to complete the connection. This can be performed without the use of tools when using the wing nut style clamp. Androns machined parts are manufactured from bar stock or plate and are not made from castings. Designed to work with a metal-to-metal seat, a bevel seat gasket may be used for additional security. John Perry style is also available upon request. Clamp connections will offer substantial savings in labor by eliminating pipe threading and time spent tightening down bolts in flange-stub end connections. Androns 316 stainless steel ball valves offer exceptional value in standard design features, high quality surface finishes and overall quality. The standard quick disconnect clamp ends and 3 piece design offer a wide range of options in meeting design, industrial and sanitary applications. Other connections are available upon request. Andron stocks a full size range of butterfly valves in 316 stainless steel with standard clamp end connections. They are available with viton, EPDM or silicone seat material.
