The APR R1 Diverter Valve is a critical performance upgrade recommended at all stages of performance as it replaces the failure prone factory unit. The R1 is designed withstand extreme boost pressures at the highest levels of performance, while offering lightning fast response thanks to the units friction-free diaphragm-based design. Unlike piston based units that can stick and bind in the winter, the APR R1 is virtually maintenance free, requiring no greasing or o-ring replacements, as is common with other units. Constructed from CNC-machined billet-aluminum with a high-temperature Nomex-reinforced diaphragm, the R1 is designed to be the last DV upgrade the engine will ever need!

The APR Turbo Inlet Pipe is an easy-to-install bolt-on upgrade that eliminates a restriction before the turbocharger. Unlike fabricated units on the market today, ours is cast from aluminum, allowing for an organically shaped inlet that transitions gradually over a large distance. Such a design promotes better flow rather than abruptly reducing at the turbochargers inlet like other units. Its larger than stock throughout, removes a large internal restriction at the PCV inlet, and outflows the factory unit allowing the turbocharger to operate more efficiently. We fully assemble each unit with a billet securing arm, billet PCV bung and new o-ring. The inlet and outlet are CNC-machined to control tolerances and ensure snug and secure connections. This upgrade is recommended at all stages utilizing an IHI IS12, IS20 or IS38 turbocharger!

The APR DQ250 Clutch Packs replace the factory transmissions friction disc and steel plates with an advanced and proprietary design that allows for greater performance. The system goes beyond the norm of simply increasing the disc and plate count, and takes a multi-step approach that not only greatly improves the overall friction engagement area, but does so without sacrificing the total heat-sink material mass of the steel plate. With 40-50% more friction discs, tighter tolerances, carefully specified materials, surface finishes, a proprietary top plate design and more, the clutches hold more torque, prevent premature failure, and provide quick shudder-free high-performance engagement!

The APR Carbon Fiber Intake System is an attractive high performance upgrade for the latest 1.8T and 2.0T engines as found in various MQB platform vehicles. The factory intake design has the foundation for excellent performance, but much of this is sacrificed in an effort to meet other design requirements. With requirements set forth for only supporting factory power output levels, low engine sound levels and long service intervals, there is plenty of room for improvement. The APR Carbon Fiber Intake System increases performance primarily by improving mass airflow through the system while still proving adequate filtration. Expect greater horsepower and torque through the power band with a more direct and responsive feel upon pressing the throttle. Sounds from the engine and turbocharger are enhanced and some may even experience better fuel economy depending on driving style.

The APR Intercooler System is a massive front mounted upgrade that dramatically reduces intake air temperature (IAT), minimizes heat soak, and provides increased performance! The system is an easy to install, direct bolt-on design, that is recommended at every stage of performance.

The APR Catback Exhaust System personalizes your vehicles looks, sound and performance. Beautifully hand-crafted T304-stainless-steel components adorn the system with stunning TIG-welding throughout. Our straight-through satin-finished mufflers are configurable to your desire, smoothing the exhaust note to a deep growl, without adding restrictions, rasp or drone. Strong high-quality bracketry and OEM-style clamps hold the system steadily in place, making the install or removal a snap, and fitment simple, yet precise. A cast 3 to dual 2.5 rear splitter creates an ultra-smooth transition, steadily feeding exhaust gasses out of the system, while looking tidy from under the rear bumper. Finally, removable 4" satin-finished slash-cut exhaust tips finish the system, adding a classy motorsport-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle.

The APR Coolant Performance System (CPS) is a massive front-mounted cooler upgrade that dramatically reduces intake air temperature (IAT), minimizes heat soak, and provides increased performance! It is 140% larger than the stock B8 unit and features a self-bleeding cooling circuit to ensure it is always operating at peak performance. The system is easy to maintain and fully integrated into the factory cooling circuit. This upgrade is highly recommended at every stage!

Boost leaks are a common cause for running issues and power loss on turbocharged vehicles. Leaks can come from scenarios as simple as a tiny hole in an intercooler or charge piping, a leaky connection, damaged DV or PCV andor any number of other locations making troubleshooting very difficult. Furthermore, locating a leak is made more difficult due to the necessity to pressurizing the system, which typically only occurs while physically operating the vehicle. The APR Boost Leak Testing Systems allows for both visual and auditory inspection on a stationary vehicle. The kit allows for supplying and regulating a continuous supply of compressed air, typically via an air compressor, through the system.

The APR Ultracharger System dramatically increases horsepower and torque, and maximizes the power potential of the 3.0 TFSI. It removes a massive pre-supercharger restriction, allowing uninterrupted airflow into the supercharger for up to an astonishing 542 HP with APRs Supercharger and Crank Pulleys. Stunning carbon fiber and smooth cast-aluminum adorn the system, creating a clean and simple install that looks just as powerful as it is. APRs Supercharger Drive and Crank Pulley Upgrades dramatically increase horsepower and torque by increasing the rotational speed of the factory supercharger. APRs Stage II Pulley ECU Upgrade makes the necessary engine management adjustments to handle the increased supercharger speeds, and in turn allows the engine to create more power. The pulleys are sold separately, allowing for multiple levels of performance, each of which builds upon the other. Finally, when combined with APRs Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade in a dual pulley setup, the system is alleviated of power robbing inlet restrictions, allowing the engine to achieve exciting new levels of performance!
