The inside of our hardened cup serves as the race of the bearing and provides a much stronger support for any load. We have units that have been in service for over four years. A major user of our BTUs ran a comparison test of our BTUs with those of two other major competitors. 200 Ball Transfers of each manufacturer were placed side by side in a high traffic area. After thirty days, one large manufacturer had 65 failures, the next competitor had 40 failures, but B&T Bearing Inc. had 0 failures. This is a typical result of how competitor BTUs compare to ours.
