B-TEK J-Boxes are constructed of the highest quality components for superior reliability and temperature compensation. Utilizing signal trim configuration, these boxes work in a variety of applications such as floor scales, truck scales, tank and hopper scales.

The B-TEK Self800 indicator is equipped with all the necessary features to guarantee the maximum reliability even in the harshest conditions. The Self 800 display presents the driver with the instructions for printing with the relevant button and collection of the weighing receipt.

The B-TEK Drum Scale is designed with a low-profile weighing surface. The deck height makes this scale ideal for use with pallet jacks, dollies, wheeled carts and storage drums rolled on end. The scale is available in epoxy painted mild steel and 304 stainless steel. The Drum Scale can be supplied with built-in or detachable ramps, indicator column and wheeled portability kits. The simple, robust design of the scale allows for adaptability in many different types of industrial applications and environments.

The B-TEK Intercom system is a simple, easy to operate system. Press to talk, release to listen operation. Audible call tone when optional call button is used. Two weatherproof paging horns are included in the system.

B-TEK's AX200 Axle Scales offer a proven design for checking individual vehicle axle weights. The weights are used to minimize risk of overweight fines due to individual axles that exceed state maximum limits. The axle weights can also be totaled to ensure trucks are not under-loaded to maximize the productivity of each movement. The AX200 Axle Scales are offered in four standard platform lengths as well as custom sizes to fit new or existing installations. The scale features two rigidly mounted load cells per platform with no moving suspension parts to wear or load feet to bend or break. The platforms are constructed with I-beams and 12" tread plate decking, the thickest decking of any axle scales on the market.

The B-TEK Primary Digital System (PDS) weighbridge conversion kit offers state of the art digital load cell technology along with a highly functional family of Dialogik digital weight indicators. The PDS conversion kit serves as a replacement system which comes standard with lightning protection in the form of a 5-year replacement warranty plan. The PDS system provides superior accuracy and long term measurement stability when compared to the analog cells. The digital weight indicator and grounding package included with the conversion kit allows the system to be virtually immune to lightning strikes. B-TEK supports this claim with a standard 5-year parts only replacement warranty if a cell fails or is damaged due to lightning.

Sealed in a stainless steel environmentally sealed housing, the B-TEK DILINK Digital System can convert analog signals to digital signals to simplify scale calibration. The DILINK provides transient protection while allowing 8-cell analog to digital conversion per single DILINK box. However, multiple boxes can be connected for more challenging applications.
