Two years ago we introduced the 9430 Remote Area Lighting System and changed the way we light our work. Pelican continues to lead the industry: The new Spot Beam and Infrared Beam models save lives and defeats enemy threats. With a tight, 10 beam, the new 9430SL (Spot Light) reaches hundreds of yards for effective search and rescue, law enforcement and military operations. And with a run time of up to 15 hrs, the 9430SL will outlast the longest night of the year. The 9430IR (Infrared) enhances Night Vision optics to provide improved visibility in complete darkness. With a low thermal signature, the 9430IR is perfect for covert surveillance.

The 9500 Shelter Lighting System will be the latest addition to the RALS family of lighting solutions. It provides soldiers with safe, secure and silent LED interior shelter lighting in either white or red light. The system is extremely rugged and deploys quickly. It contains three redwhite LED light heads, universal power supply, inline switch, fixing straps and a series of color coded industrial grade connecting cables. Light heads are linked together and secured via hanging straps inside the temporary shelteraccommodation. The light output color (red or white) is selected via an inline switch and each light head can be independently switched on or off.

The most innovative RALS unit to date, the 9440 moves fast to light up ravines, confined spaces, riverbanks. anyplace generator lights cant go. Deployed, the mast extends 7 feet high, shining light over low obstructions encountered by traditional lantern style lights. With a 120 degree beam spread and up to 2400 lumens, the entire emergency area will have the light you need for a safe and swift operation. The 9440 is maintenance free, using super tough LED lamp modules and NiMH batteries for up to 6 hours of continuous light.

Using solid-state mounted LED's coupled with a thermally efficient light engine and our 1610 Pelican Protector Case, the RALS 9470 gives the user the ultimate maintenance free portable floodlight station to get the job done efficiently, safely and on time. The RALS 9470 houses all four of it's light heads and it's multi-stage charger for that total self contained convenience, it is also equipped with a telescopic handle and rugged wheels for ease of transport. Comes with convenient low battery warning system and waterproof activation switch. CAUTION: The Pelican Products RALS models 9450, 9460 and 9470 contain sealed lead acid batteries that can generate hydrogen gas when charging. It is imperative that these products are charged, as instructed, with the case lid open to allow any gases to escape as charging with the lid closed poses a significant hazard. Failure to abide by this instruction could result in injury andor damage to property. Please refer to the warnings provided in the instructions for the unit and on a decal affixed to the inside of the case adjacent to the cavity where the charger unit is packed.
