T RACE products are well known for their originality in both the dimensions and geometric shapes and for their innovative production processes. C-shaped rails with internal raceways, coupled with roller sliders or Ball-cage sliders, offer the best performance and size available on the market. These products are well suited for applications where environmental conditions are critical and where ease of installation is required. Application areas are very diverse, ranging from CNC machines and general-automation to civilian and military transport vehicles, medical equipment, civil construction, high-tech furniture and countless other applications, where traditional recirculating ball slides are not an adequate linear solution.

MONORACE LA Series linear guides are designed to be a low cost linear solution with good load handling capabilities for a variety of applications and environments. The rail is made by precision roll forming steel sheet into precision shape. Several materials and finishes are available. Mounting holes are located at 80mm spacing and button head Allen screws, or flat head M-TORX screws are recommended for mounting. LAN and LUN rails are are made from carbon sheet steel and are shaped by high precision, ultra-smooth forming rollers. They are then case hardened using our revolutionary TRACE-NOX nitriding and black oxidizing process to ensure an extended lifetime and excellent corrosion resistance. LAZ rails are also made from carbon sheet steel but are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. LAX rails are made from 300 series stainless steel for ultimate corrosion resistance.

MONORACE ML Series linear guides are designed to be a low cost linear guide system with versatile load handling capabilities for general purpose applications. The rail is made of carbon steel that has been hardened through high depth nitriding. It is then treated with the innovative TRACE-NOX process which delivers excellent corrosion resistance. The rail features a C shaped cross section with a polished interior and a concave raceway for smooth low noise motion. Included in the ML Series are the RL Sliders and L. Rollers. RL sliders are engineered to be practical and functional in many different industries. Equipped with 2Z sealed high precision rollers that remain lubricated for the life of the product and a body of zinc coated steel. L. Rollers are high quality single row ball bearings that have an integrated roller pivot for exceptional control of preload setting in different systems. The bearings are made of core hardened carbon steel and an inner ball retainer that is able to withstand extremely high temperatures.

BALLRACE SF Series linear guides are designed to be to be simple, functional and practical. The SF rails are formed by one or more sliders moving in a ball-cage inside a longer rail. The rail has been hardened through high depth nitriding and is then treated with the innovative TRACE-NOX process which delivers excellent corrosion resistance. This cutting edge ball-cage linear guide system is able to maintain constant preload as well as smooth, low noise motion. Available in a standard, double slider in single ball-cage or double slider in independent ball-cage configurations, SF ball-cage linear guides are able to accommodate multiple industry applications. Coming with a sleek black finish and nitriding hardened profiles, SF Ball-cage linear rails are sure to be highly resistant to both corrosion and basic wear.

TELERACE SR Series Semi-Telescopic Slides are engineered to be a unique and low cost solution for partial extensions of heavy loads. The innovative design allows for half stroke on each side. With double stroke, the SR Slides can be an excellent space saving linear solution. SR Slides offer superior smooth performance with the best ratio of capacity load to size. HDCS (Heavy Duty Compact Screw) is based upon the HDCB compact beam with single edge V slides, and features ball screw actuation. System lengths are available up to 2740mm with the 25mm ball screws. Standard ball screw pitches include 5mm and 10mm. Easy access lubrication points for the ball screw return reduce maintenance time. Bellows covers are also available to further protect the unit in harsh environments.
