Burbank Recycling Inc. is a privately owned company which is specialized in the development and operations of recyclable material recovery facilities and waste transfer stations, as well as the processing and marketing of recyclable materials such as wastepaper, plastics, cans, glass, etc.Led by long-time industry veteran, Geoff Folsom, Burbank Recycling Inc. has been engaged in the waste management and recycling industry for over 20 years. Burbank Recycling Inc. is also associated with a sister facility located in Sacramento, California that overall process over 3,000 tons/day or 1 million tons/year of solid waste, 12,000 tons/month or 144,000 tons/year of wastepaper, and 1,100 tons/month of other recyclable materials on over 200,000 s.f. of warehouses and land. Scheduled to open in 2005, another facility located in Fremont, California will be added to our expanding capacity.Burbank Recycling Inc. has extensive local, domestic, and international experience in marketing recyclable materials. Domestically, we continue to supply its major end-users in California. Internationally, we sell directly and indirectly to paper mills in Pacific Rim and Latin American markets. In addition, we are planning to ramp up our brokerage business to meet the increasing demand from our export markets.The main wastepaper grades generated from our facilities are OCC, ONP, mixed paper, office paper, and white ledger. However, we will not limit business to our own in-plant productions. We plan to aggressively expand our market shares overseas by sourcing materials from other wastepaper producers and packers and re-sell to our growing international customer base. Furthermore, we may consider importing lower-cost, but high-quality products from overseas into the U.S. or other markets.Burbank Recycling Inc. is continually seeking for opportunities for business expansion.
