Type 7801 PVC Lay-Flat Discharge Hose is an economical yet durable PVC discharge hose for general pump and water transfer applications. This hose is available in a broad range of stocked sizes, assembled or in bulk rolls. The co-extruded hose design will not delaminate like many bonded import hoses. Abrasion resistant material with 3-ply textile reinforcement will hold up to heavy use. A suitable hose for pump rental, contractor, and agricultural applications. This PVC discharge hose is available in up to 300 foot continuous rolls in most sizes. Made in USA (most sizes). A heavy grade version is available in 10 and 12 inch diameters.

Type 7801R High Pressure PVC Discharge Hose is similar in construction to the 7801 Series PVC lay-flat discharge hose, with a heavier wall for higher pressure rating and improved abrasion resistance. Rated at 150 PSI through 6 inch, & 115 PSI for 8 inch size. A co-extruded thicker hose-wall design allows for longer lifespan in pump rental and frequent or heavy use. 3-ply textile reinforcement allows for higher working pressure. PVC discharge hose rolls up flat for convenient storage. Available up to 300 ft. continuous. -Made in USA (most sizes) 7801R hose is MSHA approved in 1.5 and 2.5 inch diameters.

The embedded textile braid reinforcement allows for higher working pressure. The spiral corrugated cover allows for increased flexibility over smooth-cover hose or traditional wire-reinforced rubber hose. The bright orange corrugated helix also offers abrasion resistance and high-visibility for heavy traffic areas. Assemblies are available with ball and socket hose couplings commonly found on large diameter pump applications. A white helix is available for FDA approved applications.
