Swing Clamps utilize a sturdy helical-cam mechanism to swing the clamping arm clear for unrestricted loading. The Mini Swing Clamps shown here are extremely small, economical clamps suitable for many applications. Available in one clamp size, single acting and double acting, in the three types shown below:

Compact Clamps have a sturdy lever mechanism that pivots into clamping position. These clamps are extremely compact both in footprint and overall height. The clamping lever pivots a full 90 for clear loading even when using custom long clamping levers. Ideal for clamping in narrow recesses.

Hinge Clamps have a sturdy linkage configuration that moves the clamping arm forward as it pivots into clamping position. This specially designed linkage allows the clamp to exert nearly perfectly vertical clamping force. The clamping arm retracts fully for clear loading from above. Ideal for clamping in narrow recesses. Available in the two versions shown below:

FEATURES: Pivoting arm rotates completely back for loading clearance. Great new design provides excellent protection against flood coolant, chips, and welding spatter. Compact, flat design with choice of swivel pad or solid radius nose. Pivoting arm is designed to resist side forces at the clamping point. Dual mounting capability: all clamps are ready for standard fittings and manifold mounting. All units are ready for optional position sensing.

Single Acting

Low-Block Edge Clamps have a pivoting nose that grips the side of a workpiece, pushing forward and downward simultaneously. Ideal when clamping from above is difficult. These clamps sit low, but clamp high, just below the cutter path for maximum rigidity, to reduce vibration. Horizontal force is 94% of total force, while downward force is 34% of total force. Pivoting nose is designed to resist side forces at the clamping point. Nose cover keeps out chips and debris. Dual mounting capability: all clamps are ready for standard fittings and manifold mounting
