The SM-100 is a low-maintenance, reliable bi-directional pop-up sorter for parcels and heavier caseloads that works seamlessly with our ZPA conveyor. The SM-100 pop up sorter is a low cost option to conventional diverters when rates are lower than 40 cartons per minute. We consider a variety of factors such as product dimensions, rates, and handling requirements to determine the best fit for your application.

CASI provides virtual conveyor solutions based on the Adept Lynx self-navigating Autonomous Indoor Vehicle (AIV). These systems are designed for dynamically moving material in challenging environments that may include confined passageways and areas that are dynamic or occupied by people. Our systems require no facility modifications, such as floor magnets or navigational beacons, and can navigate around people and unplanned obstacles, unlike traditional autonomously guided vehicles (AGVs). CASIs full line of print and apply applications are great for shipping applications where orders are packed in similar sized containers. Top apply systems print and apply labels utilizing a pneumatic tamp and label printer. When a carton or flat is conveyed under the tamp, a label is automatically applied to the top of the carton or flat. Side apply systems use an inline labeler that applies a label or barcode to the side of carton. Typically, these are used to apply an LPN barcode to a box so an order can be tracked throughout the order-fulfillment process.

CASI manufactures a full line of in-motion scales and checkweigher systems for retail distributing, manifesting and filling operations. The CASI 950 is a free standing, self-contained in-motion scale designed for rugged manufacturing and distribution center use. The CASI 950 is extremely accurate, dependable and its integrated control makes installation a snap. Available in roller or belt conveyor designs, the CASI 950 can be easily custom fitted to your scale applications. This incredibly stable platform delivers superior accuracy and reliability due to a simple but effective design. The standard checkweigh system employs the CASI CORE system controller as a single point of control for the checkweigh system. The CASI 850 is an in-motion scale designed for small part or carton use with a standard product weight range from 0.1 lb. to 25 lbs. Resolution for the CASI 851 is 0.01 lb. with accuracy to 0.05 lb. The CASI 851 utilizes primarily off-the-shelf components rather than proprietary controllers, giving the customer the ability to purchase replacement parts from local vendors. The CASI 861 utilizes electromagnetic technology for small parts or carton use that require very high accuracy. The standard product weight range is from 0.1 lb. to 25 lbs with a resolution of 0.01 lb with accuracy to 0.001 lb.

CASI leads the industry in providing fully automated bagging systems and pack stations for mail order fulfillment and eCommerce operations. CASI has designed a patented, secure, retractable tote that can transfer product with ease and efficiency. The tote travels up an Elevator and travels to the bagging zone. The tote retracts and releases the contents into the bagging module. The tote travels to the automated take-away conveyor to be refilled. Within the context of a manifest system, the complete auto bagger completely automates the pack-out, documentation, weighing and labeling of orders.
