The Aqua Miser Ultra BOSS model E75V-II is a state of the art 75 HP electric motor driven water blast system with a triplex plunger pump capable of delivering pressures to 40, 000 psi at 3.6 gpm. Equipped with a variable speed drive, the operator can set the desired blast pressure, from 18, 000 to 40, 000 psi, via a color graphics touch screen operator interface. The drive will adjust pump rpm as pressure is automatically maintained by compensating for tip wear. Machine controls and diagnostics can be accessed from this interface making operation and troubleshooting a snap!Our BOSS Abrasive Injection Module is available for use with this system for results that water alone cannot achieve. This pressurized abrasive system can push media over a hundred feet. Abrasive stays dry until reaching the injection head where it mixes with the water and is evenly distributed into a wide fan pattern. The Aqua Miser BBP-1000 Portable Blast Booth is designed for high pressure water blasting and containment utilizing a 48 diameter rubber coated stainless steel turntable capable of supporting 2, 500 lb distributed workload with optional manual or air powered rotation. The unit is constructed of corrosion resistant materials with foam core side panels and an all stainless steel interior that can withstand a 40, 000 psi water blast. Sealed lighting fixtures provide ample interior lighting. Optional viewing windows and hinged doors are available. An opening between the doors provides an inlet for make-up air and allows the operator to blast when the doors are in the closed position. A roof tube axial fan is used to drive air through the systems moisture elimination baffles and aluminum mesh filters before being exhausted. Wastewater collected in the base reservoir is pumped out to an external filtration system (available separately). An optional stand alone Air Recycling System is also available.The booth is self contained and designed to sit on a concrete floor. It is fully portable using a standard forklift.

Designed to work with Aqua Miser waterjet blasting systems, the Aqua Treat Waste Water Filtration (WWT) unit filters wastewater by removing hazardous metals prior to recirculation back to the Aqua Miser or to sewer discharge. The specially formulated Aqua-FLOK polymer blend used in the upper mixing tank permanently encapsulates oils, heavy metals, and TSS (totally suspended solids) along with many other contaminants. This wastewater then passes through an automatic indexing fabric filter that strains and collects metals and contaminants while the clean, filtered water is collected in the bottom tank. Safe for workers and the environment, the used filter fabric and solids are automatically advanced into the hopper for disposal, ensuring that neither the operator nor the environment comes in contact with these waste materials. Once the sludge dries it will pass the Federal TCLP (toxicity characteristic leach procedure) which allows sludge to be disposed of in a non-hazardous landfill thus eliminating expensive transportation costs. Continuous, automatic operation requiring minimal maintenance, Aqua Treat is capable of processing 300 gallons of wastewater per hour.

Manually controlled by an operator, the floor tool simultaneously blasts and vacuums the surface. The AquaKlean is a centrifugal cleaning and disposal system designed for the removal of paint chips and other solids from the high pressure water blasting process, reducing waste disposal by as much as 85%.The AquaKlean utilizes centrifugal force, up to eight hundred times the force of gravity, to sling the solids outward around the outer edges of the rotor. The blast waste is collected on the outside of the rotor while the water is removed and recycled back into a holding tank for disposal, suitably cleaned and essentially free of solid contamination. The water can then be sampled and, as long as it meets specifications, discharged to the sewer. The AquaKlean technology eliminates the use of filters or other consumable materials. No secondary drying is necessary. Systems are easy to install, requiring only a few electrical hook-ups, a water-feed pump that pumps water into the unit, and a clean water pipe that returns water into the tank. It is a rugged and reliable system.Automatic Models:The AquaKlean C100A (25 gpm flow rate) and C-150A (50 gpm flow rate) automatic systems are designed for around the clock operation without operator intervention. Safe for workers and the environment, these automatic units ensure neither the operator nor the environment come in contact with the solid waste. As the rotor reaches full capacity, it automatically stops the rotor and the pump. It then locks the rotor in place and scrapes the interior clean of the solid waste. The solids are then discharged into a 55 gallon drum with a hazmat liner for easy disposal. Once clean, the automatic sensors start the pump and rotor again. Saving you time and manpower, the self-cleaning automatic AquaKlean is so intelligent it virtually runs itself!Manual Models:The AquaKlean C-50M (12 gpm flow rate) and C-80M (25 gpm flow rate) manual systems are ideal for separating liquid and solid waste in smaller jobs. These machines provide a very cost effective method of reducing waster volume from water blasting operations. With a manual model, an operator periodically stops the unit, removes and cleans the inner basket, and restarts the machine. This simple operation requires only about fifteen minutes and minimal tools. With a conservative design, small footprint, and meager utility requirements, C-50M and C-80M models are attractive, easy to operate machines. AquaKlean manual units can also be mounted on wheels to provide a portable unit that can be utilized for a variety of waster blasting operations.
