Cogmatics large engineering class sprockets are available in all class chain types (A, B and C). Just like the large customized crawler sprockets that we manufacture, your engineering class sprockets can be induction case-hardened or through-hardened. These heavy duty sprockets can be a single piece or segmented.

At Cogmatic, were a team of specialists when it comes to fabricating custom large sprockets. Our flame machining equipment will accommodate diameters up to 18 feet (18). Even if a large sprocket is split into segments for ease of transport and assembly, we machine the full round part to ensure accurate tooth spacing.

Cogmatic offers large roller chain sprockets. Typically custom-fabricated from plate steel, forgings or rolled bar stock, our roller chain sprockets can be flame machined to meet a multitude of industrial customers unique needs. Commonly used in conveying equipment, custom roller chain sprockets can also be applied in rotary drums, trommel screens and turn tables. We can accurately flame machine your roller chain sprockets up to 18 feet in diameter, with drilled mounting holes for easy installation.

Cogmatic can build a custom, single piece or segmented, crawler sprocket with up to a 6 face width. Our induction hardening process creates a case hardness to handle large loads when used in an undercarriage assembly. Furthermore, the flame machining process ensures accurate chain engagement and excellent wear resistance in our crawler sprockets. Component life expectancy is also extended through our flame machining process.
