RPI extruded profiles are custom made for each application to meet the precise needs of our customers. Cured in our Autoclave, total lengths can vary depending on the size and shape of the profile, up to 100′. Common materials are: SBR, EPDM, Buna, Viton, Neoprene and Nitrile. Custom compounds are available, just send RPI a sample!

Designed for field installation to add cleats to flat belts or replace worn down cleats, to prevent material roll-back on incline conveyors. Tatch-A-Cleat® Econo-Cleat® Model EC is ideal for lightduty to medium-duty applications, including grain handling, harvesting equipment, material handling, and canned goods; bolting directly through the belt. The versatile design also permits use as a cleat, plow, or belt scraper in a variety of positions and on any type of belt. RPI Custom Replacement Cleats are available with any standard Cleat size hot vulcanized to a base, which is then glued to the operating belt in the field, no bolts required. The RPI Custom Replacement Cleats provide a custom solution to solve field issues without replacing the entire belt. Width, cut-outs and tapers are made to order to fit your design requirements.

Three part construction offers excellent rigidity for use as belt scrapers. Great for belt scrapers, dual durometer design withstands high abrasion. Outstanding wear resistance for wet and sticky materials. Wear life significantly greater than commercial SBR. Heavy duty outer layers provide scraping action while softer inside layer acts as a wiper.

RPI Molded Rubber Parts are custom designed to meet specific application needs. Available in sizes up to 120″ x 100″, RPI can mold almost any part you need. Material options of SBR, EPDM, Viton, Nitrile and Buna. Custom compounds available if you provide a sample or specification sheet.
