From Chicagos (and Illinois) first boutique distillery comes one of their two gin expressions. No. 11 is a complex gin with aromas of honeycomb, citrus, juniper and sweet spices. A soft entry leads to a fruity medium-full of citrus custard pasty, pink peppercorns, fresh herbs and honeyed juniper berries. Finishes wit a long interplay of flavor with a touch of eucalyptus and minerals. Try in a classic dry martini or with tonic. Surprisingly versatile, this gin works in a variety of cocktails.

This Old Tom Gin is a historically accurate revival of the predominant Gin in fashion during the mid 1800s and the golden age of American cocktails. The recipe was developed in collaboration with historian, author, and mixologist extraordinaire David Wondrich. Old Tom is the Gin for mixing classic cocktails dating from the days before prohibition. Its subtle maltiness is the result of using a base wort of malted barley, combined with an infusion of botanicals in high proof corn spirits. The final distillation is run through an alambic pot still in order to preserve the maximum amount of aromatics, flavor and body. Only the heart of the hearts (the very best portion of distillate) is retained for this special bottling.

57% ABV The Few Standard Issue Gin is an homage to the days of the Royal Navy, and its daily rations of gin to its sailors. Every day, each sailor got a ration of gin to help ease the pain of being at sea for months on end. This gin was rationed at 114 proof, so that if gin were to spill onto gunpowder, the gunpowder would still ignite. The sailors were also required to take rations of quinine to avoid malaria in the tropics and lime to avoid scurvy, and this gave birth the classic gin and tonic. We strongly suggest trying the Standard Issue with your favorite tonic with a splash of lime, and enjoying on a summer day preferably on land!
The Gin itself is a classic, citrusy gin with prominent juniper and lemon notes. Despite its 114 proof, it drinks quite smooth by itself, but is intended to be mixed. And, like all Few products, the Few Standard Issue is a grain to glass gin, with all the alcohol mashed, fermented, and distilled in Evanston, IL.

High quality lambic baskets from Europe. These baskets were hand made by a family that still carries on the traditional art of basket weaving. The baskets are very strong- the solid handle design allows for very easy stability and control when pouring your beers. Since each basket is individually made- there are no two that are alike and there are some slight variations to each basket. These variations do not afffect the function of the basket. These are designed for use with 750ml bottles. When using them with 375ml bottles we recommend using a towel to stabilize the bottle.

Saffron Gin is the result of an alliance between Great Britain for its London Dry Gin, India for its spice used extensively in cooking and in religious ceremonies, and French know-how developed by Gabriel Boudier. This original product with exotic notes is manufactured entirely at Dijon and is used in numerous cocktails, the most famous being Saffron gin and tonic.

No. 6 is a vibrant gin to be sure, with aromas of fresh herbs, piney juniper and lemon peels that practically jump from the glass. A silky entry leads to a fruity-yet-dry medium-full body of cracked juniper berry, pink peppercorns, lemon curd, and clove. The finish is a long interplay of resiny juniper and sweet and sometimes spicy citrus tones.

Made with a unique certified organic wheat grown only on Washington Island this vodka is triple distilled in 90 gallon batches. Deaths Door gin contains distinct buttery tones in the aroma with an apparent thickness to the spirit. There is crisp cleanness to it without obnoxious sharp notes. Botanicals meld together nicely. The same buttery sense continues through in the flavor. It brings roundness to the spirit providing smooth finish. With a lighter juniper taste than most gin its subtle nature is perfect for cocktails.

Using our award winning Smooth Ambler Greenbrier Gin as the base distillate, we age half of this product in new bourbon barrels and the other half in used Old Scout bourbon barrels for 3 months. This aging adds unique flavors of burnt caramel and burnt sugar with a bit of lemon meringue notes. Barrel Aged Gin sips like a gin and finishes like a whiskey. Can be used anywhere a standard London Dry gin would be used, but is best in cocktails.

Little is known about the historical origin of the Paloma, the most popular tequila-based cocktail in Mexico. Some conjecture that it is named after La Paloma (The Dove), the popular folk song composed in the early 1860s.
Expressive blanco tequila, sourced from the Tequila Valley, is the foundation for this cocktail.
