We offer two brands of precast concrete fence systems: Litecast and Premocrete . Included in these systems is a variety of textured panel and post privacy fences and ranch and post style fences.

Liteblok is an aerated, precision molded concrete block. By combining compressed air with a non-toxic liquid foaming agent, a foam is formed which is introduced into regular concrete leaving numerous tiny discrete air pockets within the material. The blocks are actually forms that are laid without mortar and are interlocking and lightweight allowing for significant savings in construction time and cost compared to traditional wood frame construction (see Understanding Wall Costs in News & Information).The ease of assembly makes Liteblok ideal for do it yourself home builders and professional builders alike. Liteblok has high insulation values, is fireproof and termite resistant. Liteblok built structures are strong and perform well in high winds and during seismic activity. It is a unique product that is patented worldwide. Liteblok is very different from all other concrete products on the market and should not be confused with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) or Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC).

Equipment pads are designed to support outdoor equipment. We offer three versions: traditional dense concrete, lightweight cellular concrete, and super lightweight cellular concrete encapsulated expanded polystyrene (EPS) pads. All pads are steel reinforced. The dense pads are suitable for high compressive loads over 200 psi including paver and deck pier applications. The lightweight pads are suitable for all other applications. The lightweight pads are about 50% lighter and the super lightweight pads are about 85% lighter than traditional dense concrete pads. All pads are resistant to attack from wackers, weather and vermin. Pads are easily drilled and bolted. They are chemically resistant and meet municipal code requirements. We also produce custom pads for commercial electrical equipment, commercial generators and other applications.
