Oversized variable frequency drives and motors rated for 70oC inverter duty guarantee the ability for these AC units to operate in the hottest regions on Earth. Units are fabricated in 3, 6, and 12-ton capacity to provide electric heating, cooling, ventilation, and pressurization for Industrial Explosion Proof and Hazardous Duty applications. All coils are protected with BLYGOLD PoluAl topcoat and 3509 primer. Units can be controlled individually or by LeadLag Controls for multiple redundancies. LCAB

These units are custom-manufactured large vertical Wall Mount Air Conditioners. They range in size from 7.5 to 25-tons to provide electric heating, cooling, ventilation, and pressurization for Industrial Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Duty applications.

These oversized Wall Mounts are constructed with 16-gauge galvanized steel. This style of AC is usually installed on pre-fabricated buildings prior to delivery, avoiding on-site Electrical, HVAC, and duct installation costs. Unlike roof or pad mounted air conditioners, they can usually be shipped attached to the building.

Cabinets are coated with our industrial epoxy and polyurethane coating system. All coils and copper are protected with BLYGOLD PoluAl XT coil coating. Units can be controlled individually or supervised by LeadLag Controls for multiple units. Our Quality Control department conducts rigorous run-testing prior to acceptance for delivery. Typical applications include RIE Buildings, Motor Control Centers, Switchgear Buildings, Blast Buildings, Control Rooms, Offshore Drilling Rigs, and Locker Rooms.

Cab

Energy efficient vertical Wall Mount, Heat Pump, and Step-Capacity Air Conditioners provide electric heating, cooling, ventilation, and pressurization for Industrial Explosion Proof and Hazardous Duty applications.

Typical applications that require include Analyzer Shelters, RIE Buildings, Motor Control Centers, Blast Buildings, Switchgear Buildings, Offshore Drilling Rigs, Containers, Man Camps, Storage Facilities, etc.

Units range from 1.0 to 6.0 tons. Division Two condenser section wiring is protected by liquidtight conduit. All coils are protected with BLYGOLD PoluAl XT coil coating system. Units are furnished complete with thermostats and wall grilles. Hazardous Location heater assemblies utilize low watt density stainless steel heating elements. Hazardous duty units annunciate faults with time stamp for easy troubleshooting.

Units can be controlled individually or by LeadLag Controls for redundant units. No onsite refrigerant piping or exterior ductwork is required for Wall Mount installation.

Class I, Groups BCD, Division 1 & 2 conversions comply with NEC 500 & 505 and NFPA Standards. (Group B, Division One Explosion Proof units require customer-furnished source of purge air).
