DW105 is a skived general grade carbon filled PTFE film product, that has electrical properties that allow it to discharge static build up.

This product can be surface treated for bonding as needed.

A Skived PTFE film that is produced from a modified homopolymer PTFE resin containing less than 1% of a fully fluorinated comonomer. The incorporation of the comonomer yields a material with improved electrical and physical properties.

DW 220 PTFE film can be thermally fused to itself. The modified homopolymer resin exhibits chemical resistance equivalent to that of a standard homopolymer PTFE.

Its tensile strength is approximately 10% higher and the elongation is approximately 30% higher than for a standard homopolymer PTFE

DW 202 is a skived PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) film held to close tolerance on width and thickness.

Conforming to ASTM D3308 Type II and SAE AMS 3662C, this skived PTFE is suitable for applications where high temperature service rating and superior electrical properties are desired.

Skived, carbon filled UHMW (Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Film.

The carbon type and level achieve conductivity sufficient for static dissipation applications.

This skived UHMW polyethylene film (Ultra High Molecular Weight) has extremely high abrasion resistance, exceeding the abrasion resistance of steel.

Coupled with broad chemical resistance and low coefficient of friction, this makes UHMW polyethylene film an extremely versatile engineering material for many severe service applications. It also exceeds PTFE for wear resistance.
