Dyne Systems specializes in remanufacturing SAJ dynamometer models with the capability of restoring them to today's improved specifications. When remanufactured all parts are either restored to original specifications or completely replaced.

Dyne Systems provides a fully integrated, heavy-duty AC dynamometer and control solutions including drive, dynamometer, and control box. AC Dynamometer solutions can be custom build to specific customer requirements to give the ablity to test any small electric tools, large electric motors, off-road diesel engines, marine diesel engines or powertrain components.

Virtually any size Midwest or Dynamatic dynamometer can be configured either vertically or horizontally. To accommodate testing of small engines and motors with both vertical and horizontal shaft orientations, Dyne Systems also provides a compact small engine portable dynamometer tilt stand that locks in the horizontal or vertical positions, with fixtures for mounting and coupling both styles of engines or motors during test. These portable dyno test stands can be configured with an AC (motoring and absorbing) dynamometer or an Eddy Current (absorbing) dynamometer, depending on the application.

Dyne Systems Static DC 4-Quadrant Dynamometer Controls utilize either the Inter-Loc V or the Dyn-Loc IV digital dyno controllers to control RPM (speed) and torque. Includes wide-band 4SCR regenerative, current source field amplifier with bidirectional forcing for fast field control when operating above dynamometer base speed.

Midwest and Dynamatic, time-honored and well-respected manufacturers of eddy current dynamometers, were acquired by Dyne Systems in 2002. With todays materials, technology, engineering and manufacturing techniques, significant improvements in eddy current dynamometer design and manufacturing have been achieved. Midwest and Dynamatic dynamometers offer a wide range of choices in torque, speed and horsepower, and are a natural fit with Dyne Systems controls, test automation and data acquisition products. Having all components produced under one roof, with collaboration between departments, is an obvious advantage when integrating a system.
