Eaton's Carter products offers a line of emergency breakaway couplings to meet the requirements of the commercial and military refueling industry. The breakaway coupling product line was designed to increase safety for the user and to reduce environmental impact in the event of a breakaway.

Eatons Carter hydrant couplers include air, fuel, and digitally operated 3-inch and 4-inch models. The couplers are designed in accordance with API Bulletin1584, third edition complaint. In addition to API style couplers, a 2-12 inch bayonet style coupler is also available.

Eatons Carter bottom loading system components include bayonet style adapters, API style adapters, internal bottom loading valves, tank vent valves and jet level sensors.

Eaton produces equipment to manage and monitor the total fuel environment on the aircraft. Magnetic Fluid Level Indicators provide a simple method of checking tank contents when the aircraft is on the ground. The fuel management manifold combines in one unit, all the actuated valves necessary to move fuel from any tank and direct it to any engine.

Eatons Carter product line of hydrant pit valve styles are designed in accordance with API Bulletin 1584, third edition compliant. Both 4 inch and 6 inch ANSI flange models are available with standard lanyard, air operated or dual air and lanyard operated pilots, or any one of three new remote pilot valve actuator options. These remote pilot valve actuators remove complicated control devices from the pit by moving most of the pilot valve functions from the hydrant valve to the hose on the fuel servicer vehicle. This eliminates the need to remove the hydrant valve from the pit if the pilot actuator requires maintenance or replacement.

Eaton manufactures many types of electrically-driven pumps, using AC and DC motors, including variable frequency options. The product range includes fuel immersed units with explosion-proof flooded motors for high reliability and safety. These easily maintained pumps are used to circulate fuel in boost, transfer or jettison modes on civil and military aircraft in service around the world.
