The E-System 2000 is an automatic horizontal cartoner for erecting, loading and closing end load cartons. Its method of operation is:

End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via vacuum system
Carton is erected at a single product load station
Product is manually or automatically (optional) horizontally loaded into carton
Loaded carton is transported to the closing position for tuck closure or sealing with either hot melt glue or hot air
A completed carton is then automatically delivered from the machine to a convenient working height

The Twinseal is an economical carton sealer which glues two flaps simultaneously and can be adjusted to new sizes in just minutes. Its method of operation is:

Operator places loaded carton into the machine with the inner flaps closed and presses dual button start.
Glue is automatically applied to underside of carton flap(s).
Carton is elevated into vertical squaringcompression chamber.
Completed, sealed cartons are automatically removed by the delivery chute accessory.

The T-System is comprised of a Tray Former (Econolock to Econoform), a flighted conveyor, and a Reverse Tri Seal or Straight Line Closer. It will form corner glue, corner lock or simplex style locking trays with a hinged cover, place them on a belt conveyor for loading, and seal them using hot melt glue at speeds of up to 25 per minute. Its method of operation is:

Flat blank is automatically pulled from a supply magazine with vacuum cups
Flat blank is feed forward to forming area via a set of feed fingers
A mandril plunges the blank through a tooling cavity where it is corner glued, corner locked or folded over
The completed formed tray is discharged straight down on to a variable speed, continuous motion, flighted conveyor
The standard machine has 6 feet (1830mm) of load area for an operator or robot to load product in to the formed trays
The loaded tray is transferred 90 degrees in to the Reverse Triseal or Straight Line Closer where the tray is sealed with hot melt glue and discharged from the machine

The Spartan Wrap-Around is a compact wrap-around system for cartons, case and trays that can run at speeds of up to 20 cartons per minute. Its method of operation is:

Forms blank (corrugated or paperboard) into a U shape and transports it to product load station
Product loaded manually or by optional automatic product loadingcollating device
Loaded package moves through series of closureend flap gluing stations. Gluing is done by a hot melt extruding system
For full wrap-around style, right angle transfer device accommodates side joint (flap) gluing.
CartonCaseTray is discharged as a completed package

The Mini Monoseal is a simple and safe semi-automatic carton flap glue sealer that can be used to seal carton end flaps, hinge covers, side glue joints, gable tops and other carton styles. Its method of operation is:

Operator presents one end of a carton in position over the glue pot and starts the cycle via a foot pedal.
Carton is then manually lifted against a squaring device on the compression panel and hot melt seals the carton flaps.
Operator loads product and repeats process on the other end of the carton.

The V-System is a mechanically driven, intermittent motion vertical cartoner for erecting, loading and closing top load cartons at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute. Its method of operation is:

Flat, pre glued end load style carton is pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine
The bottom of the carton is closed (tuck or glue methods available) and the carton is then presented (vertically) to the product loading area
Product is manually or automatically (optional) vertically loaded into carton
The machine cycle is initiated and the top of the carton is closed (tuck or glue methods available)
A completed carton is the automatically deliver from the machine to a convenient working height

The Econo-60 is a manual load, continuous motion horizontal cartoner for erecting and closing end load cartons at speeds of around 60 cartons per minute. Its method of operation is:

End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via a rotary vacuum system
Carton is erected and placed down on continuous moving chain system
Product is manually horizontally loaded into a carton by an operator. Product can be transported to loading area via a product feeding belt conveyor.
Loaded carton is transported through the machine and is either tucked closed or applied with hot melt glue and compressed shut
Completed cartons are then automatically delivered from the back of the machine at a convenient working height

The Spartan is a rugged, mechanical, automatic horizontal cartoner for erecting, loading and closing end load cartons at speeds of up to 40 carton per minute. Its method of operation is:

End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via a rotary vacuum system
Carton is erected and placed down on continuous moving chain system
Product is automatically horizontally loaded into a carton via a barrel cam loader from a 15 foot continuously moving bucket conveyor
Loaded carton is transported through the machine and is either tucked closed or applied with hot melt glue and compressed shut
Completed cartons are then automatically delivered from the back of the machine at a convenient working height

The Reverse Triseal is a versatile, economic, compact 3-flap glue sealer. It accepts all conventional 3-flap style cartons either lock or glue-formed. The system is ideally suited for accepting cartons at random without any special timing mechanism required. This machine is designed for reliable operating without the need for extensive operator training at speed of up to 30 cartons per minute. Its method of operation is:

The carton is presented, hinge cover leading, into the sealing unit
The end flaps are sealed first and the carton is elevated to a second station
On the next machine cycle, the front flap is sealed
Carton is elevated into vertical squaringcompression chamber
Completed, sealed cartons are automatically removed by the delivery chute accessory
