ECCOSORB SF is a series of thin, free space, resonant absorbers that are available in the 1 GHz to 18 GHz range. These magnetically loaded narrowbanded absorbers reflect 1% or less of normally incident energy (at least 20 dB down) at design frequencies in the range of 2 to 18 GHz when intimately backed to a metal surface. At frequencies in the range of 1 to 2 GHz, reflectivity at the resonant frequency is slightly less than -20 dB down. These absorbers are also available on special order for other frequencies above 18 GHz.

ECCOSORB FGM is a series of thin, flexible, broadband, magnetically loaded silicone absorbers. Both ECCOSORB FGM-40 (.040 thickness) and FGM-125 (.125 thickness) operate as free space, absorbers in the range of 2.0 to 12.0 GHz. The thinner FGM-40 will easily conform to contoured surfaces and both FGM-40 and FGM-125 can be bonded to metallic or non-metallic structures. FGM is completely impervious to moisture and can be subjected to outdoor environments and high altitudes including space with no adverse effects. It can be easily cut with a knife or die and can be held in place with an optional Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) designated as SS6M.

ECCOSORB HR is a series of lightweight, free space, broadband absorbers that are electrically conductive. Made from reticulated (open-cell) polyurethane foam, ECCOSORB HR has a continuous conductivity gradient that is single layer construction and inexpensive.

ECCOSORB MCS is a thin, flexible, magnetically loaded, silicone rubber material that is electrically non-conductive. This product is particularly suitable for cavity resonance reduction applications in the 800 MHZ to 6 GHz range. ECCOSORB MCS is an extremely versatile product due to its low out-gassing and UL-94 V1 fire retardant rating. It can be easily cut with a knife or die and can be held in place with an optional Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) designated as SS6M.

ECCOSORB LS is a series of light-weight, flexible, dielectrically loaded, polyurethane foam materials. These foams, black in color and UL 94 HBF fire retardant rated, achieve their lossy behavior using a conductive carbon loading system. ECCOSORB LS is not weatherproof, but can be supplied with a special coating called CERSEAL for outdoor use or where the absorber may come in contact with fuel, lubricants, or hydraulic fluids. ECCOSORB LS can be easily cut with a knife and held in place with a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) or attached with a liquid based contact cement called ECCOSTOCK 13-211-NF.

ECCOSORB AN is a series of lightweight, free space, multi-layer, broadband microwave absorbers. Products are made from polyurethane foam that is treated with carbon and assembled in a laminate construction to generate a controlled conductivity gradient. Each product in the series has its own low end cut-off frequency that forms the basis of selection based on operating frequency. Reflectivity reduction is at least 17 dB down for normal incident energy with the correct choice of ECCOSORB AN absorber.

ECCOSORB ANW is a series of lightweight, free space, multi-layer, broadband microwave absorbers which can be used outdoors or in situations where the absorber will come in contact with fuel, lubricants, or hydraulic fluids. Products are made from polyurethane foam that is treated with carbon and assembled in a laminate construction to generate a controlled conductivity gradient. Each product in the series has its own low end cut-off frequency that forms the basis of selection based on operating frequency. Reflectivity reduction is at least 20 dB down for normal incident energy with the correct choice of ECCOSORB ANW absorber.
