The SVO-501 is built to execute your unique bake-out or drying process. Cascade TEK integrates the specific size and type of vacuum pump to minimize drying time.

Important Cascade TEK Vacuum Oven Features

Oven temperature is controlled via a Watlow programmable ramp and soak controller. (Ask about how it can be configured to automatically execute your vacuum drying process). The SVO also includes a fully independent digital overtemp protection controller. Vacuum is read digitally in Torr or mTorr. Ultimate vacuum levels as low as 20mTorr (pump and gas load dependent). Vacuum and purge hand valves are conveniently located on the front control panel. The purge valve is set up to allow for backfilling with N2 or other inert gas.

Automate Vacuum Oven Process for Easy Operation

The SVO-501 can be automated for simple push button execution of your vacuum drying process. Smart relay control automates the openingclosing of the vacuum valves, nitrogen backfill, purging and venting sequences. Alarm conditions notify the operator if the process spec is not being met. Ask about this option.

Datalogging

The SVO-501 can be outfitted with a multichannel touchscreen datalogger b ith optional features available, including out-gas monitoring, remote monitoring for clean rooms, automated touch screen control, and data logginf of part temperatures.

Humidity Chamber

SHEL LAB Humidity Test Cabinets provide a controlled environment for a wide range of industrial and biotechnology testing applications. SHEL LAB environmental test chambers and temperature-humidity chambers provide controlled environments for a wide range of industrial testing and biotechnological testing applications. Three different chamber sizes are offered. In each size, the test chamber can be purchased with heat and humidity control only (10 deg C above ambient to 70 deg. C), or with heat, humidity and refrigeration, for temperatures from 10 deg. C to 70 deg. C. Humidity levels that can be attained depend on temperature setpoint and ambient atmosphere. Chamber liners are all stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Other features include dehumidification and flat punched stainless steel shelves.

The SVO-10 TURBO is a fully automated, hi-vac drying oven built to execute your unique bake-out or drying process. Ideal for spaceflight hardware, connectors, or any vacuum process requiring vacuum in the hi-vac ranges between 1 x 10^4 to 10^8 torr. Temperatures to 200C. Cascade TEK integrates the appropriately sized roughing pump (dry or wet) and turbo-pump to minimize process time in our largest 10 cubic foot stainless steel vessel.

The SVO-10-TURBO control system is designed for simple push button execution of your vacuum drying process. Smart relay control automates the openingclosing of the vacuum valves, nitrogen purging and vent sequences. Temperature is controlled via a Watlow programmable ramp and soak controller. Vacuum levels are displayed digitally with full measurement ranges in mTorr & Torr. Independent overtemp protection serves as a failsafe for your product inside the oven. Software provided allows for easy modifications should your vacuum oven drying process change over time.

Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) for Precision Vacuum Drying

How do you know when your product is truly done outgassing to the appropriate level? The optional RGA identifies and measures the properties outgassing from your product during the vacuum drying process. By incorporating an RGA into a vacuum drying oven, its possible to better determine when a part is sufficiently outgassed. This is a great help for identifying the appropriate end point in the vacuum drying process, especially when dealing with inconsistent batches where residual moisture, gas and contamination levels may vary from one batch to the next. The Residual Gas Analyzer can be integrated into the SVO-10-TURBO.

Datalogger Captures Oven Temp, Vacuum Level & Part Temperature During Process

Cascade TEK can install multi-channel datalogger that displays temp, vacuum and even part temperature(s) during the vacuum drying process. In a clean room, Remote viewing allows the operator to watch the action without having to suit-up.
