Simply bolt to mating flanges. They are a fraction of the weight of conventional control rod assemblies reducing shipping cost. The dampening properties of cable prevent transmission of vibration and noise from rotational equipment or media flow. Cables are factory set to protect the connector from over extension without restricting design movements. No future maintenance or checking of the nut gaps which is necessary on conventional control rods.

Flex-Hose Co.'s Bellowsflex metal bellows type expansion joints are designed for a wide range of applications and service conditions.The standard single-ply or multi-ply bellows element is fabricated with 300 stainless steel. Other stainless steel or heat and corrosion resistant alloys are optional. Bellowsflex can also be supplied with accessories such as tie rods, flow liners, and shrouds.

Flex-Hose Co.'s Flexpress externally pressurized guided expansion joint provides a safe and reliable means of absorbing high axial motions.Flexpress offers a totally enclosed, externally pressurized multi-ply stainless steel bellows that is protected from external damage by an external cover. In the unlikely event of a bellows failure, the cover is designed for full line pressure. The Flexpress carbon steel pipe integral liner is designed to prevent bellows impingement or fatigue due to flow induced vibration.

It is designed to provide a superior flexible pipe loop that will absorb and compensate multi-plane pipe movements simultaneously as well as reduce piping stress.Features: It is the safest and most reliable means of absorbing up to 8 inches of movement resulting from thermal changes, random seismic shifts, and misalignment in a piping system. It also dampens vibration and reduces the transmission of noise. Tri-Flex Loops are designed to be pressure tested 1.5 times their maximum rated working pressure and manufactured with a 4:1 safety factor. The Tri-Flex Loop eliminates the need for the added installation expense of traditional long length pipe loops and its compact design saves valuable space. Tri-Flex Loops do not impose additional thrust loads on the piping system and thus eliminate the need for costly anchoring or thrust blocks while also eliminating pipe guides required by traditional pipe designs such as expansion pipe loops or expansion joints.
