The CNG Series adsorbers are single tower dryers designed to remove water vapor from Compressed Natural Gas in small to medium gas flow rates. Located at the inlet of the booster compressor, our unique binderless molecular sieve insures dry, pipeline quality gas (-80F dew point or better) with minimal odorant fading.
Mobile, stationary and contracted regeneration packages available.
Single tower adsorption towers are an economical alternative to twin tower drying systems in CNG vehicular fueling stations which see intermittent or small gas flow rates (up to 300 scfm).

The VF Series offer the highest efficiencies at varying flow conditions in a lightweight, compact design. No other dryer in the industry can offer the efficiency ratings achieved by the VF Series dryers in variable flow operation. VF Series dryers are built with the patented Variable Flow heat exchanger, which allows for desired dew point performance regardless of flow variations. Typically, other dryers with mechanical moisture separators lose performance as compressed airflow velocity increases or decreases substantially around the nominal design point.

Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer

  • Series RTM Series
The RTM series high-capacity cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers use multiple compressors with defined loadingunloading capacities and a thermal mass storage medium for energy-efficient operation. The refrigeration system cools the thermal mass medium to a predetermined lower temperature. Once that temperature is reached, the system goes into standby mode until the temperature rises to another predetermined set point.
Only then does the system come out of standby mode and once again cools the thermal mass medium. No energy is wasted when demand on the dryer is low. These dryers are ideally suited when large air volumes need to be dried to a reliable and constant dewpoint.Condenser automatic water regulating valve (water-cooled units).

The DHT series high inlet temperature refrigerated air dryers are designed for air-cooled reciprocating type air compressors, this compressed air dryer combines an oversized refrigerated circuit, high-efficiency heat exchangers and separator into a single compact unit, with single point air inout, drain and electrical connections.
These dryers can accept compressed air up to 205F and provide clean dry air at the outlet. Twin Compressed Natural Gas Air Dryer

The CNG Series twin tower purification systems are completely self-contained, fully automatic, heat reactivated, closed-loop blower purge desiccant dryers. Located at the gas inlet of the booster compressor, they are designed to remove water vapor from Compressed Natural Gas. Using molecular sieve as the drying media, these systems will continuously dry CNG down to a pressure dew point as low as -100F with residual moisture levels as low as 0.04 lbs. per mmscf.

Externally Heated Desiccant Air Dryer

The PHD Series offer a competitive solution to applications that simply want seasonal protection against freezing. ISO 8573.1 dew points between Class 2 and Class 3 are delivered automatically with the standard design. Class 2 (-40F) dew points protect usage points from freezing during winter. Class 3 (-4F) dew points keep air systems nice and dry all summer long. Applications that require (-40F) dew points year round simply need to select the Jey Injection option package.
