Fogco offers both standard impellar nozzles as well as the latest cleanable nozzle design with 1024 threads. Mist nozzles are available in brass or all stainless steel. Fogco also offers a variety of other mister nozzle designs as special order items. These include 1224 threads, 18’ threads with orifice sizes as large as .048”. The Standard nozzle range includes sizes from .008” to .020” orifice. They are available in brass with a stainless steel insert or as special order in stainless steel material. Flow rates for this range vary from 020 gpm to .055 gpm The Cleanable mist nozzles include sizes from .006” to .020” and include an anti drip adapter. They are available in brass or all stainless steel with orifice sizes from .006″ to .020″ and flow rates from .010 gpm to .045 gpm. The Nozzle Adapter range includes extensions, clusters, and swivel fittings and multi thread adapters.

There are many industrial humidification applications where a high pressure fog system is not appropriate or cannot provide the required level of performance due to condensation concerns. Fogco has developed a specialized air injection system to address these specific industrial requirements. The Fogco Air Injection Dry Fog System utilizes our proprietary system design and can produce over 150 lbs of dry fog per hour and allows for on-site adjustments to the system performance and output by changing the air and water pressure with the included regulators. The Drip Free air injection nozzles include a spring loaded check valve that will prevent the water supply from running if there is a loss of air pressure. The valve also prevents dripping from the nozzle when the system shuts down.

The Universal Remote Control (URC) with key fob transmitter and wireless receiver provides automated operation of a fog system from a remote location up to 150 feet away. The 115V version of this controller is available for a 15 or 20 amp circuit. It includes a wireless receiver, contactor, power supply cord with the appropriate Nema plug and receptacle in a weather proof outdoor rated enclosure. This version of the control box is designed to plug into a 15 amp or 20 amp dedicated circuit and can operate a system up to 12 amps and 16 amps respectively. Both are capable of handling up to 2 HP. The 230V version of this controller is also available for a 15 or 20 amp circuit. It includes a wireless receiver, a fused transformer, a power supply cord with the appropriate Nema plug and receptacle in a weather proof outdoor rated enclosure. This version of the control box is designed to plug into a 15 amp or 20 amp dedicated circuit and can operate a system up to 12 amps and 16 amps respectively. Both are capable of handling up to 3 HP. The controller is outdoor rated and operates on one of four selectable RF channels. Additional transmitters and receivers can be used to control other pump functions.

Water filtration is a necessary step for any misting system. Fogco offers a variety of filtration options including sediment and phosphate cartridges. For systems that require purified water, Fogco also offers design and consultation services for incorporating a reverse osmosis (RO) unit into the misting system. Fogco’s filter range includes 1 micron, 5 micron, or 10 micron cartridges as well as a specialty Phosphate cartridge for the 10″ filter canisters. This phosphate cartridge helps minimize the adverse effects of calcium and dissolved solids present in the water supply. For very high flow rates (above 10 GPM), Fogco has a large canister with dual stage cartridge or a multi cartridge filter with a stainless steel canister.

Fogco’s accessories include components needed to customize a misting system for a specialty application as well as replacement parts for all the necessary components used in the building of a Fogco pump including high pressure zone valves and low pressure solenoid valves, electrical safety switches controlled by flow or pressure, replacement regulator valves and pressure gauges.

The Fogco range of misting fans includes both humidification and cooling fans designed to achieve uniformed distribution of the mist and improved absorption of moisture. This allows our fan products to cool and humidify more efficiently than other products on the market. The Fogco product range includes the WindChill patio cooling fan; the Revolution and Revolution II humidification fan; and the Evolution and Evolution Mini humidification fan. The WindChill is designed as a patio cooling fan. It mounts to the ceiling as a typical patio fan and is designed for commercial, residential or industrial cooling applications. Our patio misting fans come in a variety of different styles. It can cover up to 900 square feet. It includes all the necessary hardware and comes with 10 cleanable .008″ nozzles (part # 95037). The Revolution® is the flagship product in the Fogco product range. It is a proprietary design that includes a 2100 CFM humidification misting fan. It can disperse the mist up to 30′ from the fan making it capable of covering up to 3600 square feet. It is available as a ceiling mount or with a portable stand. Due to the many different applications that this product is used for, there is no single nozzle option that is ideal. For this reason, it does not include nozzles with the fan but is adaptable to any of our standard or cleanable nozzles. The Revolution® II misting fan is a smaller version of the Revolution® and also provides distribution of the fog 360 degrees around the perimeter of the fan. It includes a 250 CFM internally mounted fan and can cover up to 900 square feet. It can disperse the mist up to 15′ from the fan. For the same reasons as the Revolution product, it does not include the nozzles but can be used with any of our standard or cleanable nozzles. The Evolution misting fan incorporates a ‘cannon’ design and is effective for areas with restricted height, or long and narrow applications. It projects the fog along a column of air in a single direction up to 50′ from the fan. It provides 250 cfm and can be used for cooling, humidification, or limited dust control for small or restricted areas. It does not include the nozzle. It is recommended that this product utilize our standard or cleanable nozzle with a .006″ orifice (part # 95031 or 95032) or a .008″ orifice (part # 95037, 95033, or 93508). This fan can also incorporate our 3 nozzle cluster (part # 93013) if additional moisture is required. At Fogco we build each outdoor misting fan to be low maintenance and long lasting.
