Colored blank labels, partially printed labels and fully printed labels are available through FOX IVs label division. With seven flexographic printing presses, FOX IV can print up to 8-color process labels on a variety of label stocks for both secondary and primary labeling applications. Labels can be printed with UV curable or water-based inks, depending on your label requirements and are available in roll, sheet or fan-fold form. A large selection of label die sizes are on-hand to provide you with a range of label sizes.Additionally, FOX IV offers 100% inspection of our printed labels. Our on-press linear vision system inspects 100% of the entire label as opposed to automated loop vision systems which only inspect a sample of each label printed. FOX IVs linear system immediately detects both continuous and random printing defects with its precision high-speed laser scanner.

A common issue with label printer applicator performance is the label and ribbon stock used in the machines. Poor stock can result in poor readability on the labels themselves, damaged printheads and platen rollers that wear out too readily.When a substantial investment is made on equipment it only stands to reason that you want to take care of that equipment. The best way to do that is to only use stock that is designed to be used in label printer applicators.

Finally, a reliable solution for in-line pail and drum labeling. A unique wipe-on label applicator arm is incorporated into either a FOX I V print and apply unit or label applicator to precisely label cylindrical containers such as pails and drums. The belt driven applicator arm follows the circumference of the pail or drum to securely wipe on the label.The system shown incorporates a FOX IV label applicator in a horizontal position to apply a pre-printed GHS drum label. This type of paildrum labeling system can apply a larger label such as a 6 wide or 8.5 wide label to ensure complete, readable information.

FOX IV Technologies patented TwinPrint System streamlines the entire shipping process by eliminating the costs and expenses of separate shipping labels and packing slips.Efficient: By utilizing two print heads, the TwinPrint system, FOX IV model 5515, prints both the shipping information and a confidential packing slip on a single label. The shipping address is printed on the top label; the packing slip is printed on the label liner. The liner is die-cut such that it remains with the label and provides a protective secure adhesive perimeter around the label. Once applied to the carton, the packing slip information on the printed liner remains confidential and provides tamper-evident protection during shipping. The packing slip is accessed by simply tearing a zipper strip.

The Magnum works with economical poly tubing and pre-opened bags on a roll. Using poly tubing enables variable length bags to be made, lowers material costs, and give operators the ability to change the bag length at the push of a button. Additionally, a FOX IV label printer applicator, which ties into your WMS or interfaces with a workstation, prints the shipping label or shipping labelpacking slip (TwinPrint label) and automatically applies it to your bag.
