With a nominal capacity of 450 lbs. (205 kg) per tube, optimum liquor fabric interchange, and a 5:1 liquor ratio, the Millennium provides low cost, high volume dyeings of consistent quality.

The Gaston Series Piece Dyeing Machines are specifically designed to provide short cycle and low cost dyeing of wide varieties of knitted and woven fabrics, allowing the dyer greater flexibility when purchasing piece dyeing equipment. By offering a selection of models, Gaston County makes it possible for the dyer to choose a machine with the best load capacity required for the plant's particular product mix. From light weight, low yield fabrics to heavy or wide fabrics such as fleece-type knits, Gaston County has the right machine for you.

Gaston County's H-Pac Horizontal Package Dyeing Machines allow complete installation and operation on one level. This design offers many advantages when establishing a new package dyehouse. Building costs can be substantially reduced by eliminating the need for a basement and crane system. Our horizontal machines are modular and are partially pre-assembled before shipment for quick and easy installation. Yarn carriers are moved using specially designed transport carts instead of overhead cranes, thus simplifying operation and increasing safety

Gaston County Yarn Beam Dyeing machinery permits dyeing of warp yarns at temperatures to 140 C in kiers especially designed to accommodate perforated warp beams. When desired, standard yarn carriers can be used to dye yarn packages, with no modification of the system. Single and multiple kier systems are available, with the same features and options as those on yarn package dyeing machines.

The Futura Piece Dyeing Machine is designed for top quality dyeing of fragile, crush-prone and stretch-type fabrics where minimum tension in processing is desired. Virtually all rope piece dye fabrics, such as microfiber wovens, knits, terry, tricot, automotive upholstery, velour and others, can be dyed on the Futura with excellent results. Available in 1, 2, and 4 tube models.

Gaston County is a world leader in the production of technologically advanced piece dyeing machines. Available in high pressure or atmospheric types, these machines are designed for volume processing of soft, spun yarn knit and woven fabrics as well as those incorporating filament yarns. They are particularly suitable for short cycle, low liquor-to-cloth ratio processing, and are ruggedly built for around-the-clock operation and maximum productivity. The customer may select high or low liquor ratios to achieve desired quality results on sensitive fabrics. Available in production capacities from 130 kg to 2800 kg with a choice of chamber configurations.
