We specialize in field repair services for construction equipment such as concrete machines, landfill compactors, asphalt pavers, and hydraulic excavators. Our fleet of 5 mobile service trucks allows us to provide a complete line of onsite emergency repair services. These service trucks are fully equipped with compressors, welding machines, and cranes capable of handling equipment weighing from 6, 000 lbs to 10, 000 lbs. They also carry a stock of special tools and replacement parts. Common preventive maintenance services include oil filter changes, chassis lubrication, differential fluid changes, and hub greasing. We perform DOT inspections on semi trucks and trailers to ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations. DOT inspections help to improve vehicle safety and longevity, plus prevent mechanical defects before they turn into major repairs. When your heavy equipment stops working at a construction site, the overheads of dismantling and transporting it for in shop repair can be too expensive or challenging. We help in reducing such overheads by sending in field service mechanics to your site or plant to perform the repairs. Our experienced team can completely rebuild or recondition Al-jon equipment, including balers, hydrostatic loaders, landfill compactors, and car crushers. To reduce equipment downtime, Tri-County maintains an inventory of replacement parts and rebuilt components for most Al-jon machines. Our factory-trained technicians are experts in both onsite and in shop repair services. Our fleet of 5 service trucks, fitted with air, welding, cutting equipment and cranes, allows us to handle all types of field equipment repairs. We also have a 10, 000 square foot, 8-bay facility to perform efficient in house repairs. Repairing and rebuilding various diesel engines fitted in Al-jon equipment is not a problem for us. Our factory-trained technicians are experts in rebuilding components such as engines, torque converters, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, gearboxes, and planetary gear systems. They are also experienced in mechanical or structural welding and fabrication of metal components. Rebuilt components can be sandblasted, painted, and primed to meet your specific finish requirements.
