GS-Hydro Hydraulic Hoses and Couplings GS-Hydro now offers a comprehensive range of high pressure GS-Hydro Hoses and Couplings for hydraulic applications in the offshore, marine and demanding land-based industries. The GS-Hydro Hoses are offered in color coded groups based on working pressure which ranges from 3000 PSI to 6000 PSI. Additionally available are the 1SN and 2SN wire braid hoses. Read more in our Product Offering Catalog. GS-Hydro also offers a full range of Hose Management Services including maintenance software in the GS-Smart Care service range. Comprehensive range of hose products In addition to the GS-Hydro Hose and Couplings, GS-Hydro offers a comprehensive selection of other hoses & hose couplings, which include BSP, NPT, JIC, metric SAE 30006000 and GS-Retain Ring Flanges, for various applications. All hoses offered by GS-Hydro meet several industry standards and have the necessary type approvals from all major classification companies.

GS-Hydro's bite type (profile ring) fittings comply with DIN 2353DIN EN ISO 8434-1. Bite type (profile ring) fittings are available in carbon steel and stainless steel.

The GS-Hydro 3D Component Library covers a selection of the products featured in the GS-Hydro Product Catalogue. Please see which CAD models are currently available from our Product Offering Catalog webpage. The users can access the 3D Library via Internet and download the 3D models and assemblies in a suitable CAD format 247 around the globe. The service is free for all and visiting the site does not require registration. However, if the users want to download something, they are required to register. To register the user must create a SolidComponents user account (not specific to GS-Hydro 3D Component Library). GS-Hydro doesn’t maintain these user accounts. All GS-JIC 37° flare fittings comply with SAEJ 514 (ISO 8434-2). In addition to basic JIC 37° flare fittings, GS-Hydro also delivers special JIC 37° flare fittings - either with or without an O-ring - which are type approved by Det Norske Veritas. GS-Hydro’s JIC-fittings are specified by NORSOK (specification classes FS70, IS70) to be used offshore.

GS-Hydro’s Tube Clamps conform to DIN 3015 and are designed to support all pipes, tubes and hoses up to 12” NB (324 mm OD). The clamps consist of two polypropylene, polyamide, aluminum or rubber clamp halves, held to a steel welding plate or mounting rail by one or more bolts through a cover plate. The GS-Multipipe Clamp allows several tubes or pipes of the same group to be stacked on top of each other. GS-Hydro's Tube Clamp range includes: Standard Series Twin Series Heavy Series

The GS-37° Flare Flange System is suitable for hydraulic, lubrication, hydro carbon, high pressure air, mud cement, high pressure water cleaning lines as well as other piping systems where high integrity, inherent cleanliness and fast installation times are needed. For small pipe sizes, the GS-37° Flare Flange System is essentially safer than "bite" type fittings, particularly under heavy vibration and when stainless steel piping is used. The GS-37° Flare Flange System is approved by numerous classification agencies around the world including DNV, GL, LR, BV, NKK, RINA and ABS among others. The GS-37° Flare Flange System is also approved for use offshore by NORSOK (piping spec.'s IS70, IS80, GS70 and JS80.
