GVC Direct's Compression Stainless Steel Tube Fittings are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements for a wide range of applications in chemical, petro-chemical, power generation, ship-building, pulp and paper, food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and many other high-purity industries. Compression Tube Fittings feature a two-ferrule design that compensates for tolerances in tube O.D., and range in tube size from 116" to 2" (2mm to 38mm).

DIN fittings (Deutsches Institut fr Normung) are mainly used throughout Germany and Europe. Sometimes they are also found on Italian Equipment. They can be found mostly in the hygienic industries. DIN fittings are known to withstand great pressure. They use a threaded nut, female threaded ferrule, and a gasket to provide the seal. DIN gaskets are available in two types.

RJT fittings (Ring Joint Type) are mainly used throughout the UK and Europe. They can be found mostly in the hygienic industries, as they are popular for frequently broken down sections of piping. The fittings best feature is the robust design and sparing ability to absorb slight misalignments in process piping.

Cam-Lock, or Cam and Groove, connections are commonly used as quick connections during bulk transfer in the Food, Dairy, Beverage, and all other sanitary and high purity industries. GVC.net offers Cam-Lock fittings that are precision machined of 316L stainless steel, and will meet most of the demanding requirements. All of our Cam and Groove fittings include durable stainless steel cam arm pins, and all of our female Cam-Lock fittings feature a gasket recess to hold the gasket in place. GVC.net Cam-Lock couplers and adapters are produced to interchange with all others, meeting Commercial Item Description A-A-59326B (with the exception of 12" and 8" sizes). Note: GVC.net Cam-Lock fittings are not polished to sanitary specifications.
