The 9400 Series Heating Modules give customers the flexibility to "convert" a cold water pressure washer into a hot water unit. By attaching the heating module to a cold water pressure washer (i.e. Hotsy 1700 Series) the pressurized water is now heated to produce all the benefits of hot water cleaning. The four models use fuel oil, diesel, or natural gas to heat the water using Hotsy's high-efficiency, vertical heating coil. All models are equipped with a flow switch to control the burner. All models are ETL-Certified to the rigid UL-1776 safety standards and CSA-Certified.

The Belt-Drive Gas Engine Series Hot Water Pressure Washers are available in 9, 13 or 16 HP; two of the models are powered by Honda, while a third features a Robin Subaru, and a fourth a Vanguard engine. This series is the most versatile in the Hotsy hot water pressure washer line up for mobility options. The chassis is available with different wheel kits, as well as trailer mount or skid varieties for easy portability. The belt-drive gas engine offers cleaning power up to 4.6 GPM at 3500 PSI with the Hotsy triplex pump, carrying a 7-year warranty. All models are ETL safety certified.

The Super Skid HSS Series is by far, the largest, most powerful of Hotsys hot water pressure washers. The Super-Duty HSDS models feature a Hawk pump with lower RPM for long-lasting durability; theres literally nothing else on the market as robust, big & powerful. HSS models come standard with the reliable Hotsy triplex belt-driven high-pressure pump. Triple banded belt for more efficient power transmission. Models are powered by a 16 & 24 HP Kubota engines with electric start and all feature a 34-inch foil-backed insulated Schedule 80 heating coil with stainless steel skin and 5-year warranty. Two fuel tanks for longer operation, a high-efficiency Wayne burner and optional dual-gun kit allows two users at one time.

The Gas Engine Series consist of the most compact and portable hot water pressure washers on the market. Powered by reliable gasoline engines, all you need is water and you can clean anywhere anytime. All models (except 781SS) are backed by Hotsys 7-year pump warranty and all are ETL safety certified.

The 500 Series delivers rugged, yet affordable, cleaning power for a broad range of applications, from agriculture to building maintenance. The sporty 555SS, with its stainless steel coil skin, is our most popular entry level hot water modelcompact, evenly balanced, easy to maneuver, and engineered with the operator in mind. As with the entire Hotsy line, all models in the 500 series are ETL safety certified to UL-1776, with Hotsy pumps backed by a 7-year limited warranty.

The HD Series electric carts are corrosion-resistant aluminum cold water pressure washers that easily convert from a cart to a skid for maximum cleaning versatility. Low profile handle and compact footprint. Includes bypass loop for additional pump protection.

The BD Series is the most ruggest cold water pressure washer on the market with its all-steel frame and cage, Hotsy belt-drive, triplex pump and cleaning power of up to 5000 PSI. The 1700 Series offers the most reliable stationary, electric-powered, cold water pressure washer featuring a Hotsy belt-drive pump with 7-year warranty, insulated variable pressure wand and ETL safety certification.

The HWE Series is powered and heated by electricity, making it ideal for indoor use. Its a quiet machine with no fumes, making it ideal for food service and in-plant cleaning. Water is heated in a stainless steel heating coil, immersed in a tank of water solution, allowing for instant hot water once you pull the trigger. The heating elements do not come in contact with the pressurized water, which results in less maintenance and minimizes scale build up. The HWE features a Baldor motor, which drives a belt-drive Hotsy Triplex pump, with 7-year warranty, and an insulated variable pressure wand with ETL certification.
