FAL Linear Vibrators are similar to the VTL design, but feature an anodized aluminum housing, which can be operated on greatly reduced lubrication and in some cases can be lubrication-free. Linear vibrating force is delivered by a noiseless air cushioned piston. Frequency and amplitude can be regulated independently. Using additional masses the vibrator is able to work at low frequencies and to generate large amplitudes. FAL vibrators combine the advantages of low frequency rotary vibrators (high amplitudes) with those of magnetic vibrators (adjustable amplitudes). Additionally, they have the advantage of being able to select the most suitable frequency for optimum process results. Common applications include natrual frequency feeders, small vibratory tables, screens, and hoppers where larger materials bridge. Not suitable for hoppers containing sticky or ratholing materials.

FP SERIES Vibrators are explosion-proof, lightweight, compact, durable, efficient, and quiet. They are easy to install and maintain, and are designed to work continuously in the most rigorous conditions. Hard-coated alloy bodies are corrosion resistant for long life. FPs produce a linear vibration with forces from 7.2 pounds to over 320 pounds, and frequencies range from 2400 to 9300 VPM, depending on the model and air pressure. They can be mounted in any position, and amplitude and frequency are infinitely adjustable by varying the air pressure. The piston is air cushioned, and a unique exhaust system absorbs noise for quiet operation. The power to weight ratio of these units makes them ideal for many applications, some of the most common being the feeding of small parts, chemical powders, seeds, grains, flour, sugar, and other food products.

The FPLF Series is comprised of fifteen models, with forces from 4.8 pounds to 980 pounds, and frequencies from 1, 800 to 11, 500 VPM, depending on the model and air pressure supplied. They can be mounted in any position, and amplitude and frequency are infinitely adjustable by varying the air pressure. The piston is air cushioned, and a unique exhaust system absorbs noise for quiet operation. The power to weight ratio of these units makes them particularly efficient in feeder applications. They are also well-suited for use with VTC Vacuum Mounting Systems, in applications where permanent mounting is impossible or undesirable.

QSI Series piston vibrators deliver a single impulse on a timed cycle to promote material flow and prevent material buildup on hopper walls.
