The two drum unloaders alternately pump to the metering pump for continuous operation.
A bumpless transfer maintains a constant inlet pressure to the metering pump.

Damaged seal section can be replaced by tapping in repair plug, even with follower platen hot. Multi-piece 0-Ring cord stock held in place by unique self-retaining groove. Complete seal can be replaced in less than 5 minutes (with platen hot or cold).

Similar concept to Model 2035, but it has three (3) Gear Pumps with independent controls.

The unique combination of hydraulic ram and pail reinforcing jacket allows polymer pressurization (at adjustable pressures up to 400 psi) right inside the pail. Product flows directly from the pail into the delivery hose and right to the dispensing valve with no shear.
