STAINLESS STEEL WIRE ROPE CLIP-TYPE 304

Stainless Wire Rope Clips & Clamps are available in sizes ranging from 18" to 12" for all projects, large or small. They are made from Grade 304 Stainless Steel for corrosion resistance and durability and are ideal for marine, industrial and architectural wire projects. Type 316 is available upon request. CAUTION: Wire Rope Clips are not to be used on PVC coated cable without first stripping off the PVC. Wire rope clips should be installed over bare cable only. Nuts must be re-tightened or re-torqued regularly.

Each base has a Product Identification Code (PIC) for material traceability, the name CROSBY orCG, and a size forged into it Based on the catalog breaking strength of wire rope, Crosby wire rope clips have an efficiencyrating of 80% for 18" -78"sizes, and 90% for sizes 1" through 3-12". Entire Clip-Galvanized to resist corrosive and rusting action. Sizes 18" through 2-12" and 3" have forged bases. All Clips are individually bagged or tagged with proper application instructions and warninginformation. Clip sizes up through 1-12"have rolled threads. Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME 830.26 including identification, ductility, designfactor, proof load and temperature requirements. Importantly, these wire rope clips meet othercritical performance.requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and materialtraceability, not addressed by ASME 830.26.
