Innovative Insulation has incorporated the many benefits of our Super R Plus® Radiant Barrier into a useful and beneficial product to help improve the energy efficiency of your home. Our new Attic Stair Cover is manufactured from our proven Super R Plus® Radiant Barrier and features two layers of Super R Plus Radiant Barrier encompassing an insulating fill material, all stitched seams for the ultimate in strength and longevity, and sewn in zipper to allow easy access and minimize air leakage.
Innovative Insulation can provide you up to 99.06% effectiveness in blocking RF signals. RF Shielding projects have gained a lot of interest for many commercial entities. RF Shielding is required between areas where signals can be crossed and interferences create problems with scanning devices and maintaining proper inventory. Innovative Insulation has supplied a number of commercial entities and contractors with Super R® products to reduce these interferences. Shielding Effectiveness (SE) is the ratio of a transmitted signal received without the presence of a shielding material to the signal received with a shielding material (insertion loss). Shielding Effectiveness is tested using IEEE-299 standards. Innovative Insulation has tested our Super R Plus® materials to IEEE-299 by a certified independent laboratory. Testing was completed for a frequency range of 10kHz to 10GHz. Both of these materials proved to be up to 99.06% effective in shielding signals.
For residential retrofit, particularly in the attic laying over existing insulation, and some OEM applications. Available in 500 and 1, 000 sq. ft. rolls or custom lengths. Only available in perforated 4' widths. Super R Diamond® brand radiant barrier was the first product developed by Innovative Insulation. Super R Diamond® is two-sided reflective aluminized polyester film with reinforced scrim inside, designed to reflect radiant heat no matter what the season. Choose Super R Diamond® to retrofit an existing structure. It can be stapled to the underside of the roof rafters in an attic (photos 1 & 2), or laid directly over mass insulation (photos 3 & 4) for a noticeable increase in energy savings and increased comfort level.
TempShield® Brand Double Bubble WhiteFoil is two layers of 18" barrier bubble film laminated between one layer of metalized film and one layer of white polyethylene. TempShield® Double Bubble WhiteFoil is designed to be used for concrete slab pad or metal buildings where aesthetics is of primary importance.
