Our computerized Water Jet Machining Center affords us limitless capabilities to cut intricate shapes and patterns. We have the ability to convert computerized files directly to Water Jet Machining files and transfer them directly to the Water Jet via our internal network in a matter of minutes. We can accept various file types whether it be DXF, IGES, Auto CAD or DWG

Waterjet machining, Laser cutting, Laser engraving, surface mounted LED's, combined with a little QQ-A-2504 Aluminum, 304 Stainless Steel, Iroko wood, Alodine and Thermal printing create some of the most sensational Corporate logos awards in existence today. Operates from a single 9 V battery or optional 110 V wall supply.

Laser engraving metal creates permanent part marking for product identification and verifiable product traceability. Laser engraving complies with MIL-STD-130N The 2D matrix symbol in the picture to the left measures less than 0.4" and is easily read when the actual part is scanned by any code reader, including smart phone applications.

Our precision machining capabilities allow us to machine Aluminum, Brass and Nylon along with a variety of plastics within the size format of 24" x 24" x 8" deep. Precision avionics bezels, edge back-lighted panel frames, warning annunciators or control housings are simply no problem. Whether your part needs to be water jet machined, CNC routed, CNC machined or ALL of the above, we maintain these capabilities in house with state of the art computers and machinery.

Our capabilities include the complete in-house manufacturing of the entire Flight Deck Assembly, packaged and shipped complete to the Aircraft Manufacturer ready for installation of the Garmin G1040 Displays, switches and instruments. The Flight Deck is completely manufactured in-house with all processes controlled by Javelina ISO 9001-2000 Quality Standards.
