JEK non-woven brushes are proven in the industry to reduce costs, improve surface, and increase yields by reducing scrap. From SMOBC to lamination plate cleaning to gold tab scrubbing, JEK has a brush for you. We can vary density, grit, mineral, and material to produce a specific to user brush if desired. From 1" wide to 80" wide and 1" to 20" in diameter, JEK has the flexibility to produce a brush for any machine produced in the world.

JEK stocks brushes in all different grits for most machines in the PCB industry. JEK brushes are standard on many OEM machines such as Marseco, Wesero, and International Supplies and the brush sizes for these machines are usually in stock and ship the same day as ordered.

JEK abrasive nylon filament brushes are manufactured with a heavy density and quality nylon filament. The full face configuration provides for even surface scrubbing and deburring. This Dupont manufactured nylon is the highest grade of abrasive nylon available. Our patented process allows for maximum uniform distribution of filament concentration possible. Once the brush is assembled it is precision ground with a diamond wheel to assure uniform trim. All brushes are supplied complete with machined aluminum adapters to fit on the customers shaft without the need to purchase expensive additional parts.

By working very closely with printed circuit board fabricators and our international network of distributors, JEK has been able to develop pumice brushes for the I.S. pumice machines designed to give maximum performance and life. By combining density and filament configuration, our brushes more efficiently distribute the pumice onto the board surface thereby allowing the pumice to do the work rather than the brush.
