By combining density and filament configuration, our brushes more efficiently distribute the pumice onto the board surface thereby allowing the pumice to do the work rather than the brush. JEK abrasive nylon filament brushes are manufactured with a heavy density and quality nylon filament. The full face configuration provides for even surface scrubbing and deburring. This Dupont manufactured nylon is the highest grade of abrasive nylon available. Our patented process allows for maximum uniform distribution of filament concentration possible. Once the brush is assembled it is precision ground with a diamond wheel to assure uniform trim. All brushes are supplied complete with machined aluminum adapters to fit on the customers shaft without the need to purchase expensive additional parts.
