Pressure sensitive labels are available in a variety of standard and custom sizes. These are available as sheets, fanfolded or on rolls. They can be supplied die-cut as round-corner rectangles, face scored or circles. They may be tinted to any color, full width or stripes, as well printed in one or more colors. Pressure sensitive labels are available for dot matrix, laser, ink jet or thermal transfer printing in various face stocks and adhesives depending upon the application. Our Service Bureau can print these with bar-codes or any copy required.

Hang tags are produced by either flexographic or offset printing. They may be supplied as fanfolded, continuous sheets and punched for pinfeeding; fanfolded without pinfeeds; perforated sheets; die cut shapes on rolls; or as individual tags. All have an attacher hole punched to fasten to garments, and may be blank, tinted, printed with register marks for thermal printers, or fully printed. They may be made from coated or uncoated stock, with or without a UV varnish coating, and in various weights or thickness.

Offset printed labels in one or more colors are produced in-house on our high speed offset presses. Our label designers can help you design your labels and complete all composition and typesetting with quick turn-around. Logos can be scanned, and our library of care symbols can be incorporated in your labels, with bar codes if required. Plates, printing and computer controlled cutting assure you of high quality labels, printed on any of our 15 available woven and nonwoven fabrics, in any size you may require.

Iron-on labels made from woven polyester fabric with a heat seal coating for name tape labels. Used on garments when a washable identifying label is required. Available as slit rolls in any width for thermal transfer and hot stamp printing. Also supplied as pinfed fanfolded sheets for computer printing. Labels are washable and readily print on impact dot matrix printers. Made in various formats and sizes so that the labels can be printed vertically or horizontally. Can be supplied in colors as pastel pink, blue and yellow to be printed with black ink.

JRM offers the industry's most extensive line of label tapes for hot stamp printing in a wide range of coated and uncoated fabrics, made from polyester, nylon, acetate, polycotton, and nonwoven blends. They are available in satin or taffeta weaves, white and colors, with heat-seal or pressure sensitive back-coatings. JEANFAST 50 quality tapes are made from coated fabrics specifically formulated to meet the requirements of the Care Labeling Law. They will not ravel, fray or curl, can be printed on both sides, and will withstand 50 washings. Specially formulated coated fabrics for thermal transfer printing that are washable can be supplied. These may be slit to any width required to be used on all thermal transfer printers. There is a JRM label tape to meet your individual requirements or can be formulated for any specific applications. Ribbon and tapes may be custom printed for many applications using hot stamp, flexographic, offset, silk screen or sublistatic printing depending upon the end use. Each method has its distinctive advantages, limitations, and appearance. Cost varies with the type of printing, the number of colors, repeat length, and quantity, that determines the method of printing which best suits the particular application. Printed ribbon or tapes can be supplied on continuous rolls or cut to length. Pressure sensitive and heat seal backings can be applied as required.

Size donuts are color coded and made from heavy card stock. They are slipped over the hook of a garment hanger for easy identification of the size by the specific color. They are 2" diameter with a 716" or 14" center hole, and are tinted on both sides, and may or may not be printed with the actual size. Each size is tinted with a specific color. All sizes are carried in stock for prompt delivery. Standard colors are used for each size, but special colors can also be supplied as a custom order.

JEANFAST 50 washable hot stamp Dri-Ink is compatible with all JEANFAST 50 coated label tapes. Available in 29 matte, 1 opaque, and two metallic colors; special colors can be made to order. JEANFAST 50 foil and JEANFAST 50 label tapes may be used on all hot stamp printers made by PaxarFasco, Markem, Rospatch, and Donwalt. Our foils are formulated so printing is sharp and distinct with colors vividly rendered that will not smudge. Extended shelf life reduces the need for frequent ordering and the discarding of older stock. Labels printed with our foils are completely washable and conform to the requirements of the Federal Trade Commission care labeling law. JEANFAST 50 foil is available in 800 foot rolls, either slit to your specific width requirements or supplied as full width logs. JRM offers the industry's most extensive line of label tapes in a wide range of coated and uncoated fabrics, made from polyester, nylon, cotton, acetate, polycotton blends and nonwovens. They are available in white and all colors, with or without heat-seal or pressure sensitive backcoatings.NON-WASHABLE FOILSAn extensive line of bright or dull metallized gold and silver foils, as well as pigment colors are available for nonwashable use. These can be applied on acetate, papers, plastics, book cloth, vinyls, leathers, etc. Different formulations are available for optimum printing on various substrates.

Thermal transfer ribbon is available for all printers, whether it be Avery Dennison, Soabar, Sato, Fargo Prodigy, Zebra, Novexx, Paxar, etc. Available in all widths and lengths in accordance with OEM specifications that will fit all printers. Bar-codes may be printed with good quality print and high density which scan easily. Although black is universally used, colors are available. Wax based ribbons produce clear, easily scannable labels, that are moderately scratch resistant and relatively inexpensive. For applications requiring repeated handling or exposure to solvents or steam, waxresin or premium resin-based ribbon is recommended for printing on tag stocks or fabrics.

JEANCARE sheet fed laser computer labels are individual sheets perforated horizontally and vertically for computer printing of care labels on desktop laser printers. Also see Dot Matrix Computer Labels Laser printed computer labels have excellent print quality rivaling screen print or offset labels. These are specially coated products that have been developed to be compatible with laser toners. We make 8" wide sheets for laser printers which have self-centering feed guides. For printers requiring 8-12" wide sheets that fit in a cassette, additional perforated tear strips are provided 14" from each edge that may readily be removed.
