Made from industrial grade unbleached cotton sheeting.Three styles of sewing, sewed once, 38" spiral sewed or 14" spiral sewed.Each buffing wheel made from the same quality grade in every ply at all times.Two thicknesses available, either 20 ply (14" running face) or 40 ply (12" running face).1" arbor hole is punched in buff-flanges, arbors available separately in 14", 516", 38", 12", 58" and 34" ID sizes.

This shape provides 2-12 times greater strength than standard flat type depressed center wheels. May be used almost flat, which reduces operator fatigue and edge chipping.

Suited for universal use at maximum stock removal rates, e.g. finishing of welds on surfaces. Also for light deburring and beveling work on stainless and high-temperature

The laminate holding the abrasive grain are arranged like a fan around the shaft of the tools. They adapt themselves readily to irregular surfaces. The abrasive grain is securely bonded with heavy-duty resins. Best results are achieved when run at recommended speed.
