Shami Kabab

Cooking Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. For safety, must be cooked to an internal temparature of 74°C as measured by a meat thermometer. This is a freezer to fryer product. Do not defrost before frying. Deep frying, without applying egg, is recommended for better product appeal and taste. The product will also absorb less oil, compared to pan frying.

Seekh Kabab

This is a fully cooked product; simply heat and serve. Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 2 days, store in refrigerator. Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwave Oven: For heating only use defrost mode; do not defrost outside, prior to heating. Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Seekh Kabab upright along the edges of a bowl (do not place flat). Defrost for 7-9 minutes or until hot. OR Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to heating. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Heat Seekh Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through heating.

Mughlai Tikka

Heating Procedure: This is a fully cooked product; simply heat and serve. Avoid refreezing thawed or heated product. Once thawed, and if you intend to consume product within 3 days, it can be stored in refrigerator. Appliances and utensils vary; adjust heating times accordingly. Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed, prior to heating. Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Mughlai Tikka over low heat, turning gently through heating. OR Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Wrap thawed Mughlai Tikka in an aluminium foil sheet. Heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Caution: Thawing Mughlai Tikka in microwave oven or over-heating will adversely affect product tenderness and quality.
