The Model 376 is LSI's line of label applicators specifically designed for semi-automatic tamp labeling of flat sided products such as boxes and the bottle tops of containers. The Series 1800 is LSI's line of labeling systems specifically designed for applying labels to the bottom of products, including boxes, trays, clamshells and more. The Series 1800 bottom panel labeling system is designed to work with any of LSI's standard labeling heads such as the Series 40 apply only labeling head as well as the Series 20 print & apply labeling head.

LSI's blow-on label applicators are designed for non-contact applications in which a burst of high pressured air is used to apply the label to the product. The blow-on applicators can apply labels at a higher rate of speed with no change of parts needed for most label shapes up to 4 34" x 4 34" in size.

LSI's Loose Loop Labeling System includes a tabletop printer to be used with a decorative labeler for high speed print and apply applications. This configuration allows for both print and apply as well as apply only label application.

The Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Head can be equipped with any Sato, Datamax or Zebra OEM print engine. Print engines are available in either 203 DPI, 300 DPI, or 600 DPI depending on the printer model, with print speeds of up to 12" per second. The print & apply label machine handles a 12" O.D. roll and has full roll rewind capacity. The simple controller package features internal product time delay to make adjustments to the label placement on the product easy. Applicators are bolt on, making them interchangeable should the nature of the application change. The Series 20 comes standard with a PLC and LCD operator interface. Features include built in product counter and up to 50 recipe set-up storage locations. This controller can be replaced with the Allen Bradley 1500 Micrologix PLC control package. All Series 20 Print & Apply Labeling Heads are equipped with a 12" O.D. unpowered unwind assembly with a dancer arm controlled brake.

The LSI by ID Technology i-Series is a range of simple, robust, competitively priced labeling equipment, designed to handle a wide range of labeling applications. Compact in size, simple to set up & use, the 1500i is a rugged labeling machine designed to accurately apply labels to round containers at up to 60 containers per minute. The 1500i integrates easily with the EasyPrint Compact 32D Thermal Transfer Overprinter and the iCON Laser Coder for reliable coding at affordable costs. LSI offers different wipe-on label applicators and roll-on label applicators. These label applicators are ideal for applications where the product may have an irregular surface or a recessed area. For an effective wipe-on roll-on application the conveyor speed and the label web speed need to be consistent with one another and the label must feed the direction of the product travel. The roller or brush is then used to ensure proper label adhesion. The wipe-on application method utilizes a brush or wipe assembly to ensure label adhesion. A wipe-on applicator is usually selected with products that have high and low areas in the label placement area (ex. recessed panel) or products that are irregular in shape. The Roll-On Label Applicator as a roller made of foam or rubber, is spring loaded and mounted just ahead of the peeler bar. This rolls across the label to ensure adhesion. The product surface is usually flat or slightly rounded. Another type of Roll-On Label Applicator includes a peeler bar extension for when the labeling head cannot be positioned close to the product. The roll-on applicator is mounted just ahead of the peeler bar and is spring loaded. The roll-on applicator and the surface is flat or slightly rounded.

The IDT Model 252 is the latest evolution of the worlds top selling Label Printer Applicator, the Model 250. Built on the Centerline-Modularity concept, the Model 252 Label Printer Applicator features the same modular design and robust construction companies have come to expect from the IDT Model 250. The goal of Centerline-Modularity is to create an easily identifiable reference point for default calibration in product identification machinery. This is accomplished through a proprietary process that identifies and catalogues all possible points of adjustment in a machine, and then designing to eliminate as many of those adjustment points as possible.
