CNC Hub

Need new hubs? Maclan manufactures hubs to O.E.M. specifications in our state of the art CNC machine shop. Maclan utilizes Solidworks in design, CNC lathe and mill in fabrication, and CMM Faro inspection to insure your hubs are manufactured to the tightest tolerances. Serialization and brand engraving is available. All processing is documented and certified. Be it one or hundreds, hub manufacturing has become another speciality with Maclan.

UHMW Nylon Wheels

Maclan Corporation has been rubber lining for the mining industry since 1984. Maclans rubber division provides both uncured and precured rubber linings. This allows Maclan to line both at our facility and yours. Our field crews can come to your facility to rubber line your components, and in most cases, have you up and running that day! Our premium pre-cured rubber does not require lengthy cure times, saving you costly downtime!

Roller Coaster Wheel
