Magni-Power Company Ohio thermoformingvacuum forming plastics division, Plasto-Tech Corporation, handles all types of designs, from small to large sized parts and prototype to production run quantities. With custom rotary and stationary heavy gauge thermoforming equipment, our range of products is limited only by the imagination of our customers. Our 6-axis CNC robotic trimming operations give consistency and accuracy, providing you with a product that has excellent fit and finish. The robotic trimmings tooling set-up is easily modified for quick turnaround times and also reduces the need for expensive dies and punches.Magni-Power's plastic vacuum forming facility offers the convenience of post-production services for customer specific delivery requirements. We provide assembly and sub-assembly operations of both fabricated and external parts. In addition, each batch will be delivered in custom packaging to ensure a protected finished product.

Custom Metal FabricationsThe custom metal fabrication process at Magni-Power Company's Ohio and Texas plants incorporates CNC fabricators and shearing equipment that automates the production of precise, yet intricate, shapes and patterns. At 800 hits per minute, we can rapidly fabricate metal products for work pieces up to 0.375" x 50" x 100". The auto-indexing CNC fabricators are capable of nesting multiple components to reduce costly secondary operations.Magni-Power's metal fabrication process also includes laser and plasma cutting for manufacturing precision parts up to 5' x 10'. We utilize 360" rotating work tables and 5-axis robotic welding operations to simultaneously increase throughput and quality. Our certified welders compliment the automated process with the use of Heli-Arc, MIG, TIG and resistance welding on custom jigs & fixtures with proven repeatability.After production, each part goes through Magni-Powers standard vibratory deburring process, and then powder coating, anodizing, plating, andor painting are performed based on part specifications. In addition, we offer the convenience of assembling pop rivets, huck fasteners, clinch nutsstuds, and retaining nuts for a ready-to-use finished product.

At Ohio and Texas plants, Magni-Power Company custom manufactures precision metal stampings with a mix of hydraulic and mechanical CNC presses and press brakes. Whether you need a small batch or a few thousand parts, our highly skilled tooling department uses standardized or customer specific die sets in order to quickly produce complex metal stampings of up to 38" uniform thicknesses.We have 25 CNC forming and punching presses with a 35-600 ton capacity for precision bends and roll forms. The press brakes can fabricate lengths of 16 feet and has the flexibility to produce intricate shapes with a 6-axis back gauge. The punching equipment has a 60" x 36" bed size capacity and features coil feed systems for improved automation of the production process.Each metal stamping goes through Magni-Power's standard vibratory deburring process, and then powder coating, anodizing, RoHS compliant plating, andor painting are performed based on part specifications. EASY TOUCH MAGNETIC MATERIAL HANDLERFor safer materials handling, the Easy-Touch feeds blanks, stampings or formed steel parts up to 10 pounds. Specially designed Alnico V magnet castings are guaranteed to maintain their magnetic strength indefinitely.

PERMANENT MAGNETIC PULLEYPermanent Magnetic Pulley's are used on belt conveyor systems to remove tramp iron or separate ferrous and non-ferrous materials with automatic self-cleaning. Magnetic materials are pulled around the pulley and discharged under the belt while non-ferrous materials fall off the end of the belt.

HOLDING MAGNETSCMI 1000 Series--Alnico V Holding Magnet has greater holding power for size and weight, is more durable and has a Greater resistance to de-magnetization.

MAGNETIC GRIPPERThe comfortable handle, positioned for lifting and maneuvering, doubles as a safety feature reducing injuries. With an adjustable release, the Gripper gives positive grip and instant break-away action from a variety of sizes and thickness of materials.

Retrieving Magnets made of stainless steel clad with permanent Alnico horseshoe magnets, these magnets will retrieve ferrous items from hard-to-reach places.

MAGNETIC SHEET STEEL SEPARATORS-FANNERSAvailable in multiple sizes and Alnico V or Ceramic-Ferrite Castings. These products are constructed in reinforced, welded, stainless steel housing with a double-ribbed guide plate designed to decrease drag and permit the quick automatic elevation of steel sheets.
