Our product range contains a wide range of Roto-Max machine, Desktop Vibe Unit, Vibratory Tubs, VIBRATORY COMBOS and Patent-Pending V-MAX machines
Roto-Max Machine
is a high speed, high energy finishing system for deburring, surface improvement, descaling and finishing of part made from metal, rubber, or plastic. Roto-Max can reduce vibratory process cycles for deburring of hard metals, rough forgings, castings; yet is gentle enough to provide exceptional surface finishes for jewelry, hardware, and medical implants.
This desktop vibe unit is ideal for small pieces with conventional media or part on part applications. With almost all of the same features as it's HR and Gemini brothers, the ST-1 is a 110-volt little work horse, capable of turning heavy medias or gentle enough to finish soft metals. Versatility and good value are among the key benefits of the ST-1.
These portable deburruing machines are known for their dependable performance, competitive price, and versatility for handling a wide variety of metal finishing jobs ranging from coarse grinding to delicate polishing. Additionally, they can effectively perform metal finishing operations such as deburing, descaling, degreasing, cleaning and removing flash. This equipment can also be equipped with dividers to reduce part on part damage.
Mass finishing vibratory equipment with two channels for combining processes such as deburring and drying. The Combo can be used for batch processing, or for continuous flow if the cycle time is low enough to process in one revolution of the machine. With unload gates available for both the processing and drying channel this is one of our most versatile machines.
While some machines have operated at slightly higher speed ranges, the machines are not stable from a smaller capacity machine to a larger capacity machine. The media movement in the finishing chamber becomes very unstable and ragged in movement. This produces an inconsistent finish and a higher level of surface impingement. The patent-pending V-Max machines are turned to operate smoothly and successfully from the smaller machines to the larger capacities.

The SVP can also be equipped with dividers to reduce part on part damage.
Built using the same design and construction features of the legendary "ER" and the trail blazing - ground breaking - innovating first GeminiTM. Built with the strength and simplicity of the Hammond Roto-Finish design, the GeminiTM is manufactured with the same number of welds as the HR machines, and takes advantage of the strength of a tankhead constructed bowl. The GeminiTM offers either internal seperation or a flat bottom bowl without sacrificing durability. Designed to meet the demands for a cost competitive, basic feature-equipped vibratory machine, the GeminiTM is designed for non-steel media applications. By keeping the Gemini design simple, we can keep the cost lower and more competitive, as well as a shorter delivery time. GeminiTM is built in Kalamazoo, MI USA, using US market components.
