The Centurion 100 Case Sealer is an cost-effective top and bottom case taper for sealing large runs of uniform cases, or those that require infrequent case size changes The Centurion 100 applies stripes of pressure sensitive tape to both the bottom and top center seam of the case simultaneously. As the case passes through the machine, rubber rollers wipe down the tape top and bottom. The securely sealed case is automatically discharged and ready to seal another case. Abal Manufacturing has over fifteen years of experience in building case tapers designed to seal the top and bottom of corrugated cases. The reliability, speed, ease of operation and low maintenance costs of the RQ-8 strapping machines are now available on a bundling machine designed specifically for the corrugated industry. The RQ-8CRFB features a high cycle speed, easy strap loading, auto re-feed and loop ejection, lubrication free operation and safe dual tensioning. It incorporates a 1650mm x 500mm (65" x 20") arch, top compression, variable speed conveyor and runs 5mm or 6mm (14") strap to facilitate the requirements of corrugated container production. For production settings with high output requirements, the RQ-CRFB is now available with a dual strap dispenser and automatic strap coil transfer system. This newly developed system is designed to prevent any costly production stoppages due to strap coil changes. The model RQ-8CR is also available with a driven roller conveyor table. The driven roller version, Model RQ-8CRFR, shares the same robust design and performance enhancing features of the RQ-8CRFB with the added flexibility of a powered roller bed.
