Adhesive clips are specially designed to provide longitudinal water sealing in small wire bundles. Adhesive clips attach to a single wire or multiple small wires and allow the installer to use standard adhesive-lined tubing to seal multiple wires, non-standard wire harnesses, and plug connectors

The Ideal Terminal for Heat Shrink Connectors!
When insulating a standard terminal with heat shrink tubing the challenge is being able to seal the crimp barrel, but not have the tubing impede the ring terminals. The long neck provides enough room to get a good seal and not have the tubing impede the ring terminal. Long neck ring terminals were designed to be insulated with heat shrink tubing. The 45 slope of crimp barrel provides additional strength in sealing the ring terminal.
