NW Half Nipple Fittings

NW Half Nipple Fittings

Nor-Cal manufactures a complete line of NW vacuum fittings. The tube portions are fabricated from 304 stainless steel. 316L stainless steel can be supplied on request. Nor-Cal makes its own elbows, and all tees and crosses are made with the pulled-port technique. This allows smooth, crevice-free butt welds to provide the maximum in cleanliness for UHV applications. Bakeout range is up to 200C.

Feedthrough Collar

Bell Jars are available in a variety of sizes and can be used in combination with our Baseplates and Feedthrough Collars. The belljars are supplied with a single dovetail grooved base flange which can mate to a feedthrough collar or baseplate. A 4" ID glass viewport as well as a lifting lug are included. Standard material construction is 304 SS with a glass bead finish.
