After applying a security label, the security label will indicate tampering. The tamper evident feature varies for each product.

Our Secure-Guard Plus is our premium non-residue label and offers improved performance compared to most competitive non-residue security labels:

Shows tamper evidence better for low-energy surfaces such as textured plastics, powder-coated paint, plastic bags, 'gorilla' glass on cell phones, etc.
Less likely to leave a residue on high energy surfaces such as bare metal, glass, etc.
Less likely to leave adhesive residue for high temperature applications
Less likely to leave adhesive residue for when applied for over 1 year -- much longer than standard non residue labels.
The non-residue feature eliminates the time and material to clean up the sticky adhesive residue typical of conventional security labels. When removed, the hidden pattern "OPEN VOID" will appear in the film, but it leaves no residue on the affixed surface.

To minimize adhesive residue on high energy surfaces (glass, polycarbonate, plexiglass, smooth bare metal, etc), remove the label using a 180 degree peel angle. Our non-residue labels are available in stock and custom versions.

Our security labels are designed to show signs of tamper evidence immediately when removed from the applied surface. Unlike many competitive products, there is no waiting period for the tamper evidence feature to become operable.

Our non-residue labels are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Our standard SecureGuard labels are the most economical non residue label we offer. However, the labels featured on this page (which are similar to competitive labels) have some limitations and may leave a residue in some circumstances. Read the section on "Limitations of Non-Residue Labels".

As an option, we also offer the premium Secure-Guard Plus non-residue labels which feature the best performance and are the most versatile for most applications by never leaving adhesive residue.
